This was our first time coming here and likely will be our last. We called to change our reservation from 4 to 5 persons a few hours prior, and were confirmed accordingly. We arrived early to sit at the bar for drinks, which were very good. From here, it was downhill. Reservation was for 5:30 pm. Had to go to the host station twice to make sure no one forgot about us. Were seated in a different section around 5:45 pm. Sat there for approximately 25 minutes with no service at all when we finally decided to leave. No one even checked in on us to see what was going on. As we were walking out the door, the manager informed us that we needed to order via QR code at the table of which we had neither been informed of at any time and wasn't posted anywhere on the table. We were with friends who had been before and said they had never been required to order via QR code. An unfortunately terrible experience as the food looked very good.

Vibe was laid back and relaxed. Had (2) very tasty artisanal pizzas. Service was as expected. Very nice place to eat. Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you!

One of the worst dining experiences! Having to order drinks and food for 7 people via a QR code is time consuming and ridiculous for a restaurant of this kind, and especially for the $331.00 tab! So many things were noted as “not in stock” and the app didn't work toward the end at all. Had to go to the bar twice to ask for a beer for my husband because the bartender was telling a story to someone and forgot about the order. The suggested tip at checkout began at 22%. We didn't get any service, so that's also ridiculous. Hire some servers! If I wanted a QSR, I would have chosen to dine at one.

There was confusion with ordering and check out. They were busy when we entered as there was a U of l Business Event going on at the same time, so i understand not having too much time to explain how the payment / ordering process worked. It was because of this that we were not charged for a drink.
