Aiden was incredible you could tell he loved his job and was super knowledgeable! The beer was world class clearly had a very skilled brew master. The food was amazing to top everything off. I when home with with a bottle of local new world gin that was Hendricks quality. Must try!

Work friends met for a Friday afternoon Happy Hour! We started with drinks and appetizers and then decided to stay for dinner and ordered pizzas. Food was excellent! Staff was low-key and fine with us hanging out for a bit. Half price bottles of wine during happy hour are a steal.

Came into town to spend valentine's with boyfriend who's travel working nearby. We didnt have many options for places with reservations open and took a shot with Hop Atomica. Oh my god, we couldn't have gotten luckier. This was a 12/10 in my books. Service = amazing, food = amazing, drinks = amazing, atmosphere = amazing.
We did order the valentines pre-fixe menu and a beer, so we paid more than a regular visitor might but the boyfriend and I both agreed it was money well spent. Would love to visit again in the future!

Love “The Hop”! it is my favorite neighborhood place in Germantown area. My husband and my self, live in Audubon Park which is 5 minutes away. The Hop is Fun, hip, with great cocktails, great beer, and atmosphere. Service is excellent! They also have an out door dining space that is very nice on a warm days. It is so great to see they have started marketing themselves with fun food & drink specials, trivia, margarita Mondays, TVs to watch your favorite sports event, etc. We went for their special Valentines Date night and it was fantastic. They treated us like we were the king and queen of the night. Fun place. Loved the decorations, live jazz music, and the servers were fun and awesome. The bartender in the red checked suit and red bow tie was great! They even had a Valentine's dinner special, cocktails and desserts! Well done Hop! My only suggestion would be live music on the patio when it's warm out would be perfect and icing on the Hops cake! 😉🥰 Thaks for have a great establishment in Germantown/Schnitzelburg! Linda Gordon 🥰
We had a great time on a date sitting at the bar. It was a cold Thursday night and not very full, we got some fabulous service from bartender Aidan. I ordered the Fig & Pig pizza and loved it, took some home and ate every bit of leftovers. My husband had The Soprano pizza and was also a fan. We learned that this from-scratch pizza joint also brews beer and distills their own spirits?? Talk about over-achievers. After sampling some of the spirits we took home a bottle of their vodka and the black rum. Check out their old fashioned seasonal menu and Louisville's Best Margarita while you are there!
