The Asian carry out girl is a racist. She keeps leaving negative reviews on my account without cause. I’ve never had any issues with the restaurant or its customers. She’s added an additional 5 to the several others she already filed. Also, 9 false reports of unprofessionalism. She is rude and spiteful and will cause legal problems if and when my income is compromised as a result of her false accusations.

Over the 4th of July weekend, we decided to have some Chinese food! So we searched the area, and Jade Palace had great reviews! It was on Saturday that we decided to go, and the location was like 25 minutes from our hotel, but it was worth the drive. My family opted to go with the buffet option, which had all the traditional dishes that we love ❤️
They have a great lunch buffet. Not huge amount of choices but the food is good and fresh, also people are always very nice.

We absolutely love Jade Palace! Definitely the best Chinese food in Louisville. We’ve been coming here for dim sum and dinner for a couple of years. Service is amazing - welcoming, quick and friendly. Food is consistently good and pretty much anything from menu is delicious.

I happy to share about how amazing the food was at the buffet. You really couldn’t get better buffet food, it all tasted fresh and delicious and the dessert selection was phenomenal. There’s food for everyone even if you’re a picky eater. The service was excellent with my waitress coming a plethora of times coming to check on us or take our plates. Nothing beats this Chinese buffet!
