I didn’t think they could really be open 24 hrs, but I ran in around 11p to get some donuts for my coworkers and they were definitely open and had so many more options available than I realized! And they all looked amazing & obviously delicious! I was a little worried how much they’d cost because every donut looks about twice the size of any other donut shop, but they were very reasonably priced. Honestly I thought it was going to be at least double what it actually cost. Will definitely be going back- hopefully soon! Highly recommend! And the employee that helped me was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful- they also had great recommendations!

I walked into Jeff’s Donuts with the simple goal of acquiring a dozen donuts. What I didn’t realize was that I was about to enter a financial commitment rivaling a small car payment.
Let’s start with the price. $30. For a dozen donuts. I genuinely paused to make sure I hadn’t accidentally wandered into a luxury pastry boutique where the donuts are handcrafted by monks who whisper affirmations into the dough. Nope. Just donuts. Meanwhile, there’s a competitor down the road selling donuts for less than half the price, and somehow they’ve cracked the code of not charging filet mignon prices for fried batter.
The donuts themselves? Massive. Like, comically large. At first glance you think, “Wow, what a deal!” But then you take a bite and realize it’s essentially a loaf of cake wearing a donut costume. It’s less “light and fluffy treat” and more “I just ate a pound of dense, vaguely sweet sponge.” Flavor-wise, imagine your standard gas station donut…now upscale it in size but not in taste. It’s like they asked, “What if we made it bigger, but not better?”
By donut number two, I felt less like a customer and more like I was participating in some sort of carb-based endurance challenge. By donut three, I was questioning my life choices.
To summarize:
Price: Premium steakhouse
Flavor: Gas station nostalgia, but without the convenience

Went to the Bardstown Rd location and the guy at the counter was NOT helpful at all, didn’t know anything about the donuts, not very personable. When we got home and started eating our donuts, they tasted horrible! Icing did not taste like normal chocolate, there was barely any vanilla cream inside mine and the orange creamsicle icing was horrible. We purchased 6 donuts at $2.50 each and took one bite out of each and then threw them in the garbage. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I definitely will never go there again!!

Subpar donuts. Jeff's donuts in Jeffersonville, Indiana were always very good. That was before he passed. These donuts suck. Even Thornton's has much better donuts. Also, I ordered an apple fritter, and got an apple pie.

Went into get doughnuts with my wife and daughter. Worker seemed like we were a major inconvenience. There was another family in front of us, he was extremely short and rude with any questions asked. They ended up leaving without even ordering anything. I CLEARLY said I wanted no cream in my long John’s, sure enough there was. We frequent here, but this experience will have us no longer giving them our business. I’ll go to Krispy Kreme instead!
Update: Jeff’s Donuts operations manager reached out to apologize for our experience and has really left a much better impression. Thank you for caring about customers experience! I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars after the follow up from Jeff’s corporate office.

Doughnuts are amazing.
Person that served me gave me the impression he didn't want to be there. I asked for a Chocolate Custard and was given a Chocolate iced. Check you order before you leave.

I always order from GrubHub when it is someone's Birthday Weekend. The past several times we have been missing doughnuts, have received the wrong doughnuts, or they are missing the filling. Tonight 5 out of 9 were incorrect. Why?
