My son has ordered pizza twice a hour before closing for delivery as a cash delivery. Each time it’s been cancelled with no explanation from them as to why. He goes up there at 10:03pm when they had locked the doors. The MANAGER comes to the doors and tells him “I had him cancel your order cause it was a cash delivery and I don’t have a driver. Also we close at 10pm and I’m trying to get out of here and go home.” My son asked him why he didn’t contact him on the phone number to let him know there was no driver and see if he could come pick it up. The MANAGER once again says “cause I got stuff to do to go home. I didn’t even look at your ticket I just had him cancel it cause it was a cash delivery “ mind you this was a hour before the store closes. The manager was saying some other out of pocket stuff that a manager of a store definitely shouldn’t be saying to a customer! I will be contacting management and upper management tomorrow because this is not how you run a restaurant. This manager is definitely not manager material. Hopefully the owner or corporate handles this situation appropriately. This was the location in Middletown on blankenbaker and Shelbyville rd

I placed an online order from doordash and I called them to just not put mushrooms because I am allergic and they refused to do that saying they are not allowed to make any changes. Terrible service

You may or may not get your sauce. We have ordered 3 times from this place. 1st time we ordered pepperoni cheese bread but had no pepperoni, 2nd order was correct, 3rd order had no ranch and we ordered because we love the ranch and even ordered extra ranch. Will only order carry out from here to make sure the order is correct.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:43 pm. It said the ETA was 45 minutes. After calling the store twice, and being told the driver was on their way two separate times, we finally received our pizza at 8:20 pm. It took almost two hours? Seriously?

Ordered an in store pickup of 4 slices and 2 drinks, 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. I arrive at the scheduled pickup time, an acknowledged by a woman who quickly walks into the back, I stand at the counter and wait, 5 minutes pass… 10 minutes pass, no one acknowledges me. I finally get a “we’ll be with you in a moment”
They had not even begun preparing my food, and offered me the cold slices that were not what I ordered that I saw sitting out under no temperature control.
Finally received my foot 30 minutes after initially scheduled pickup. This is unacceptable and disgraceful, I’m contacting the health department

The pizza was awesome and the staff were very friendly.
Waited almost 2 hours for a cheese pizza to be delivered. Called the store twice. Pizza was allegedly delivered to the wrong location. Only offered an in store credit for the amount paid or I could come pick up a pizza with no credit. Manager was rude and could have cared less about customer satisfaction. They wouldn't even refund the tip or the delivery fee for a frequent customer. Very dissatisfied.
