Always have phenomenal service here. HOWEVER, I REFUSE to tip at a QSR. Jets needs to step up and pay their employees what they are worth instead of pushing that burden onto the public!!

Wow--my son and his friends did a scavenger hunt for his birthday. Jet's was the lunch stop. Not only did the employees let me write a clue in the pizza box, they gave him a bonus dessert with the order. So kind, thoughtful, and special. Thank you!!Oh, and the pizza tasted great!

It’s a shame that Jett’s pizza is so good because the service is TERRIBLE. We ALWAYS get our pizza 30 minutes to an hour later than they quote delivery. They forget our ranch over 50% of the time. When we call to ask about our order they sound annoyed and make excuses or say “it’s on the way, sorry about that”…. We live less than 10 minutes from the store.I wish I could say this has only happened once, but that is not the case.On at least two separate occasions within the past year we called and fully cancelled our order because it never came. This past time we waited over two hours and finally canceled our order on a Tuesday evening. We will not be ordering here anymore.

Wowza!!! I had the Jet 10, and it was exceptional! 5 stars!!! I ordered a small which was perfect for just 2 people. We only ate 1 slice each and had enough for a slice each the next day. Tons of toppings, fast, and delicious!!!

Do not use the text to order, I drove 20 mins out of my way today to get there to no food.
This location hands out coupons and then doesn’t accept them. I tried to use a coupon that expired a month later and was an “in store” coupon and was told I could only use it online.

I ordered delivery while in town visiting. I ordered the aloha bbq pizza and it was amazing!! By far some of the best pizza I've EVER had and I'm a lover of pizza!! The three cheese breadsticks were amazing as also!! Delivery man was friendly and it was delivered timely!! I'd definitely recommend this place⭐⭐⭐

I wouldn't even give them one star if there was an option considering that they don't answer the phone and you got a text to get a pizza which takes forever to get your order done I will never order from them again

Why do restaurants take so long to make one item for delivery. It took 15 mins to get here and I have to wait 20 more mins. I never seen more then 7 tickets hanging. Why don’t you do orders in order? Customers ordering thru delivery apps are just as important as the customers that call you directly. Even if ur short handed it shouldn’t take 40 mins to make one item.

Ordered by phone from local hotel. Was told 30-45 minutes for delivery. Arrived super hot at about 35 minutes and it was delicious. Thank you Jets. Will keep you in mind for our next visit to Louisville!!
