Jimmy John’s sandwiches are SO fresh and so good! SO much better than Subway! JJ sandwiches aren’t sloppy, the bread isn’t too hard and never soggy. Everything is kept chilled and made fresh on the spot!! A+

Ordered a veggie. With oil and vinegar. Halfway thru I realize there’s no avocado. Tell them I don’t think there’s avocado or oil and vinegar on my sandwich. JJ rep tells me there’s oil and vinegar but no avocado and do I want any avocado? No apology. Weird that you know you didn’t put it on there as I am still sitting here eating the sandwich. Why wouldn’t u put it on there? Glad I stayed here to eat and leave my experience.

I received this container of pesto bowtie pasta salad today from the Jimmy John's in Norton Commons. I noticed there were date stickers stacked on each other. I was curious so I peeled the sticker up. The sticker on top says the pesto was prepared on August 8th, 2025 and was to be used by August 10th 2025 (today). The sticker underneath revealed that the pesto was actually prepared on August 7th and was supposed...
