Kabuki Hibachi Truck - Winkler Ave

This is some of the best hibachi food that I've ever gotten from a food truck! The service is super friendly also, but you MUST try this food! It's on 4th street not too far from Cardinal Stadium! Hurry!

Ride past this food truck all the time. Decided to stop today. Ordered the shrimp and chicken hibachi. It was really good, although I would have liked more shrimp. Didn't have to wait long, and the customer service was ok. Overall I thought it was good for the price ($15).

Here for basketball and this was the closest hibachi. Was unsure with it being a food truck in a gas station parking lot, but it was soooooo good.
I had the steak and my daughter had the chicken. Both were delicious. Better than a lot of sit down hibachi restaurants we've been to.
We will definitely remember this place and be back next time in Louisville!

Food is amazing and fresh! Bento box is a great deal! Sushi was good, steak was cooked nice! Sauce selection is great! Location is so so as there is not much room to park. Customer service was okay.

The best Hibachi to me so far. I had the steak and shrimp hibachi plate for the first time and hands down, this is my spot. The food was delicious. Plan on going back to try something different. In a timely manner as well. The prices were well worth the food.

If I could give the service 0 stars. We visit here often and will now not be returning back! They were very rude and nasty at the window, not to mention they had a dirty rag on grill. Received my order after 45 minutes just to be told they wouldn’t remake it the way I asked. We will never be back and recommend that others don’t.

I had this for dinner the other night. It is 100X’s better than going to the hibachi restaurant. The yum yum sauce is fire the food is fire….all around 10/10

I ordered, ADDED NOODLES for the $1.50 like it says on the menu, walked all the way over there in freezing weather, got back...no rice. The $1.50 is to upgrade the rice to noodles. And I paid gave a $3.00 tip. I won't be back.

I always get the hibachi steak with noodles without vegetables. And today I got the hibachi steak with rice by error even though I said “hibachi steak with noodles.” And I paid extra for the noodles.

The noodles are great but the rice isn’t at all. It’s not even brown rice. And the meal with 2 orders of egg rolls came up to $41. I asked for one order of egg rolls. I also gave a tip because I always do. But, I didn’t ask for two orders of egg rolls, I asked for one.

I would take the rice back but I wouldn’t trust getting a new order of noodles.

The food is good but it costs too much for errors. I had a $43 error that was an error not a lack of communication. Probably will just go to a real restaurant next time.
