When visiting KFC, the service can vary but this time it was excellent. The chicken is fresh and juicy and just so good, and the chicken livers are cooked perfectly. A customer who had placed a drive-thru order found one of their sides missing, but after calling and speaking to Clarissa, the issue was promptly resolved. The staff was able to locate the receipt, take down the customer's name, and offer to replace the whole meal. The staff goes out of their way to give you a great experience and great food. Another customer had a positive experience with the quick and friendly service while getting the big box chicken sandwich meal. Service is quick and with a smile. The chicken is hot and fresh and the coleslaw was ice cold.
