Bought pot pies first time they were full of juicy delicious chicken. Second time very little chicken, next to none. Man at the store said he was just making them, so he knew there was meat in them. I'm the one who bought them opened them looked for the chicken, it wasn't there!!! That simple!

Horrible drive thru service normally I don't mind fast service but I shouldn't be rushed, and not asked what sides I would like with my meal and they will assume what you want, like I usally get wedges with meal order wedges got mashed potatoes instead, rude rushed service here would not recommend this kfc at all.

You can tell that there is new management here. Barb is the Peyton Manning of fried chicken. She is reading the defense and calling the audibles to her staff. They are executing with friendly service, speed, and accuracy. She is running a tight ship, and they staff are clearly taking pride in their work. This place was suffering last time I was here (months to a year ago). Now I would put it up against any KFC in the Louisville and surrounding areas. The food was hot a fresh. Top quality. It was clear that we weren’t the only ones noticing and enjoying the good things that are happening here. We will be back for sure to get some of that hot fresh original recipe and dip some biscuits in that brown gravy, oh yeah!

Terrible service inside. I was the only customer and couldn't get waited on. They looked but were too busy talking with each other. I waited and waited, finally walked out. I've tried this place several times and watched others leave. Last time the food was sub par. No management what so ever. Absolutely the worst food and service. They don't give a hoot. Workers are collecting a check for doing NOTHING. Who ever owns this KFC is as inept as the so called workers. Never again.

Have had multiple bad experiences here. - Once (2022) they were out of dark meat, told me I would have to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot so they could fry more. Waited over an hour (I had already paid for it) and finally they brought out the food. They threw in extra, too, for the wait. But still, I would not have waited for an hour if I knew it was going to take that long. They weren't very busy either. - Once (2020) they didn't give me change when I gave them a $50 bill. I only noticed when I got home and I had to drive back 15 minutes to get my change. They didn't offer any coupons or food or anything that time.- Once (2019) I pulled up around 8:00 PM when they close at 10:00 PM. No one answered the drive thru mic/speaker. I pulled up to the window and saw 2 people inside talking. I knocked on the window and they looked at me then went in the back. I waited for another 15 minutes and no one came up to me. I think they were trying to hide from me. Then I just left. - Today I wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes or so and get up to the window. They tell me they're out of dark meat and it would be a 20 minute wait. I know what 20 minutes means from the time this happened before, so I just left. Went to McDonalds next door and ordered and got food in under 5 minutes. When they do have the food you want and when you wait patiently for it, it's good. I don't think they've ever messed up my order, it's just always slow service.

On May 31st, 2023 around 2 pm ; order 8 pieces meal. Support to be 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 drums but they did not give me (2) thighs. They gave me 3 wings and 3 drums. Ridiculous. Called the restaurant and they asked me to come and get that 2 pieces of legs!! I live 20 minutes from that location. It’s not worth the gas to drive there.
