You can tell that there is new management here. Barb is the Peyton Manning of fried chicken. She is reading the defense and calling the audibles to her staff. They are executing with friendly service, speed, and accuracy. She is running a tight ship, and they staff are clearly taking pride in their work. Have had multiple bad experiences here. - Once (2022) they were out of dark meat, told me I would have to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot so they could fry more. Waited over an hour (I had already paid for it) and finally they brought out the food. They threw in extra, too, for the wait. But still, I would not have waited for an hour if I knew it was going to take that long. They weren't very busy either. - Once (2020) they didn't give me change when I gave them a $50 bill....read full review

Every time I come to this KFC on Lagrange road they make you wait for the food even if you come 5 minutes after they open. Never have chicken ready always wait on everything like what the heck do these people do. Update:. Went today 02/22/2022. I know right? Had to wait 12 minutes for the buffalo wings but son said it was worth it . Slowly improving.
