I think it is one of the managers that usually waits on me. Super friendly and always in a great mood. Makes for a better experience. I have had no issue with the food quality or temperature when we have ate here.

Arby's is a fast-food restaurant that can provide a good dining experience when the staff is attentive and takes pride in their work. The owner's hands-on approach to managing the franchise helps ensure the quality of the meals. However, the service and food quality can be inconsistent, as evidenced by the newly introduced Philly cheesesteak that was unsatisfactory.
