Possibly some of the worst service I've seen in a fast food restaurant in all of Louisville. These people act like they either don't want to work or are ready to fight. I just watched as an elderly woman stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while everybody walked by and completely ignored her. Finally she said it's not worth it and left.
Service was almost non existent as I seemed to have been invisible standing at the front counter waiting for my online order that had been already sitting there getting cold before I even got there. No one cared to help even after a lady mentioned I was here before her that had ordered at the counter. I said that's ok I must be invisible and the guy walked away to get someone else that eventually helped.
My coworkers and I ordered our food online when my coworker went to pick up our food it wasn't ready so they asked her to pull in a spot which wasn't a big deal. She waited almost an hour before receiving our food. There is nothing in the restaurant that takes that long to cook. The excuse they gave her was they were waiting on fries. The woman at the window was extremely rude to her. We won't be going back to that location!
The food and atmosphere are fine it's KFC. But if you're coming to this location, be prepared to wait. Amd if you coming at night make sure ypur driving. They close the lobby early.
Wasn't cooked well on last visit. Sloppy chicken. I dont understand why?
My order was ready and paid for.It was behind counter. No one would hand it to me .All three workers kept waiting on drive through. I ordered and paid with app. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to hand me my order. I was late to work.
They didn’t wanna make any more crispy chicken when it was only 7pm they don’t close until 10 pl the manager was setting on the front counter eating and had family members behind the counter in the refrigerator the cook left and went to the liquor store worst kfc ever I won’t be back

I was four cars behind in the Drive-Thru the first car set at the pickup window for 10 minutes so I left

Stopped in for lunch today and everyone was so nice and welcoming. It’s nice seeing such great customer service and friendly personalities when it comes to fast food. The store was very clean too :)

That was the single worst experience I've had at a KFC. No biscuits or coleslaw. Barely spoke English. I wish I could give a half star because that's all this location deserves.

Pulled up to the drive through a little after 4pm. Waited…and waited…and waited…and waited to place my order. No sign of life on the other end of the intercom at all. Finally just drove away. Perhaps you should hire people that actually want to do their job. Or perhaps the manager doesn’t know how to train people. Either way, this place is a waste of time.
The orders are never right here in the drive thru ..... Hire people that can comprehend and speak English because the language barrier here is
