Had a voucher that kfc sent us because of a past order. Tried to use it at the same store, the guy at the drive thru said they didn’t accept vouchers. Talked to the manager and he said the same thing. Both were very rude. I won’t go back to that restaurant again.

Went inside to order because the drive thru was ridiculously long. Bad mistake. They literally waited on the drive thru customers before the ones inside the restaurant. Not cool and I will not be visiting this location again.

There seemed to be only 3 people there. Why is the owner not paying people to fill theses rolls? I felt sorry for the kid at the wondow. But I digress. He put the extrea cole i asked for in a box. Dont do that. If it's asked extra make it stand out

Went inside on a Wednesday around 6:15 pm. Ordered an 8 pc. Meal with an extra large side dish. The person behind the counter came to the front and said they didn't have enough extra crispy to complete my order. It's dinner time! Long story short l got my order and went home. The chicken was God awful. Undercooked. Slimy. One breast. The rest was wings and one thigh. Sides were cold. Gravy was cold. Needless to say. We ate burgers instead. Nice restaurant though.

Placed my order on the app. when i got to the store, the dining room (where pickup area is) was closed. i sat in line for 52 minutes, so my food was ready and bagged up and sat for over an hour while i sat in drive thru for almost an hour. so i knew my food was not going to be fresh. oh boy! not only was it not fresh, my drinks were watered down, because apparently they made those and just let them sit. i was missing biscuits that came with my meals, all of the chicken for two meals, and my fries were not even half full. the chicken i did receive was greasy and the breading fell off. overall, a disappointing visit and a waste of $40. i don’t understand how they could mess up my order so bad. i’ll never go back, and i will tell everyone i know about the horrible experience i had at this location.
