Employee was going let me know how long the wait would be and was told 40 mins when I repeated the 40mins statement another employee aggressively got on and said yeah 40mins and told I could go down the street to another location. The car behind ask a question I answered 40mins if you want to wait. At that time the aggressive employee said get my (profanity) out of the drive thru. No worries I got out and will not return!!!

Yuck! KFC is aweful!!! Very expensive. Crew are the most un-friendly, rude and brash. THE CHICKEN IS CONSTANTLY SMALLER POTIONS. I believe they are using pigeons. I suggest gas station chicken over KFC.

They are running a special 8 pieces for $10 on Tuesday's only problem is they don't have any chicken at dinner time last time was the same way need to close this store I see why the store is empty drive thru empty just just close it down when to the store on Preston and eastern Pkwy they have plenty of chicken.

Stopped at drive thru..ordered new chicken wraps..a regular and a mac and cheese..the regular one was outstanding! Mac and cheess chicken wrap was ok..Quick service!

My significant other was the customer, getting lunch for his mother. Rude manager, really terrible customer service. Ordered wings, told there were no wings. Someone in the back yelled something but couldn't understand what was said. Asked guy at the counter if there were no wings or just no wings ready. Manager steps out and says "I said no wings". This is at 11:30am. There was a car parked in the drive thru so I guess they didn't want customers coming through. Ordered 3 piece with breast and two legs, got home and had a leg and two thighs. So he went back, and he was treated like he was the problem, no apology, and this was dealing with the manager. Won't be back but I doubt anyone cares.
