The employees here have no class whatsoever. This is the second time I've come here, and they tell me that if I take too long to order, I'm going to have to park and come inside. There won't be a third time. I won't be back. The employees are more worried about their window times than customer satisfaction. I'll take my business elsewhere. Keep acting like people don't have unlimited options out here. 😅

We ordered online. Showed up the time it was supposed to be ready. It was not ready. It took 14 more minutes. The employees gave my son attitude for even showing up to pick up our order. One employee was detailing her car with KFC supplies. When we finally got food home the chicken was stale and hard. My son got sick after eating it. As a former business owner, I can tell you this location will go out of business if the owner does not clean house and hire some employees that want to work and have better attitudes!

Long wait for my food NOT BE GOOD. Live in the area and never stopped here and was hungry so I gave them a try. Ordered a 5pc tender w/ fries & Lemonade and was given THE DRIEST TENDERS and they looked soaked in grease. Fries were the only good thing. WILL NOT shop at this location anymore!

I don't understand how they can sell something like that, undercooked chicken, that's inedible, the service is absolutely terrible, the manager there should pay more attention, I'll never buy food there again, it tastes disgusting.

I’m ordering over $100 she keeps saying no no I can’t keep you online and adding more stuff more stuff very bad SERVICE I don’t recommend this location at all special the manager is very weird And disrespectful.

Trash quality, the chicken sandwich is always tough and chewy with a slight burnt taste in the breading. Like they over cooked it and let it sit on the warmer for a while, same with the fries. They’re usually always out of something important(allegedly). The workers are ghetto and don’t care. It’s hard to find a good KFC anymore, which is ironic since this IS Kentucky.
Was told I needed to pay for 1 cup of sauce after buying a $30 family meal. Then the manager told the girl in the window I needed to pull all the way around and order one cup of sauce bc I'm messing up her drive thru times. I asked if I could just give her 27c and she can ring it up after the car behind me leaves and the manager said no I can't do that, I needed to pull around and order one cup of sauce. Insanity, won't be returning over her rudeness

I just don’t get the way these. I understand it’s Christmas Eve all but you’re still should be open the hours you say you’re gonna be

Employees eating on the front counter. They never have food ready when the store is empty . They had family member walking behind the counter. And I didn’t see anyone wash the hands cook left to go to the liquor store lol never again will I eat there
