Stopped at drive thru..ordered new chicken wraps..a regular and a mac and cheese..the regular one was outstanding! Mac and cheess chicken wrap was ok..Quick service!

My significant other was the customer, getting lunch for his mother. Rude manager, really terrible customer service. Ordered wings, told there were no wings. Someone in the back yelled something but couldn't understand what was said. Asked guy at the counter if there were no wings or just no wings ready. Manager steps out and says "I said no wings". This is at 11:30am. There was a car parked in the drive thru so I guess they didn't want customers coming through. Ordered 3 piece with breast and two legs, got home and had a leg and two thighs. So he went back, and he was treated like he was the problem, no apology, and this was dealing with the manager. Won't be back but I doubt anyone cares.

Never know how your food will be at the Drive-thru: it could be greasy, dried out or fresh. Look at your food before driving off. Most times I'm pleased because I keep going back, but have better luck when going

Came drive through at 8:35pm and ordered simple meal. Nothing special. Took 30 min and then they didn't have my food. Had me pull to the front and it took 30 more minutes And they had to come out to ask, what my order is three times and still had to give me extra for a 30 min wait!!.. ridiculous. They were Soo ridiculously prepared.

This place is a JOKE! Run by a bunch kids that don't want to work.. asked specifically on my lunch break, IS THERE A WAIT? Yes on wings, ok but not on strips? No, no wait.. been waiting 20 min... 20 MINUTES FOR CHICKEN.

First Time. Last Time.The crew working at the time were an absolute mess.They'd constantly talk over each other instead of letting one person control the drive through.After confirming our order 3 times. They still got it incorrect.. by a lot. And it was two simple meals..Asked to wait for some fresh food (which is totally fine and acceptable). So we did in the pick up area. It was only 5 minutes.When getting our order we were treated like we had personally punched their mother in the mouth or something. Like we were a straight up annoyance.I hate being alive as much as the next person but dang. The job ain't hard.

The worst experience EVER order picked up wrong order , missing pices , microevie highted , went to replace the order took them 40 min to replace it , and still gave me the wrong order if I didn't check on them. Not going back
