Terrible experience, All
The gravy was poured out in the bottom of my bag. The chicken was horrible it was black near bone . Had been reheated. Please don't waste your money. I paid 30 plus dollars for a meal we couldn't eat . Caution don't eat here

As a customer and a dasher, this is the only store that has ever caused issues. Ordering door dash? You may have multiple dashers trying to pick up your order and canceling because of their long wait times, even when no other customers are there. The manager threatened to call the police when asked how much longer it would take…? Its a valid question & a safety concern when he unnecessarily tells drivers to pull forward, especially at night, and sit in dark, empty parking lots.. in an area where suspicious people come up to our windows asking for xyz- learn to care about customers concerns; You can see the employees inside playing around. Its a valid question to ask if they're even working on the order. We’re ready to go; Everywhere else has been professional and a smooth exchange. Someone stated dashers must be “stealing their order” … no, dashers excuse themselves from the order because they take half an hour to make it here and their manager seems inexperienced with customer service. Please do better. We are here to serve others the best we can and go home.

This location is constantly pulling customers up for no reason - there is never anyone behind me and they forget to bring food out. Their doors were locked when i arrived at 6:30pm. No one in the drive thru or inside beside employees. The manager stating to pull up because we’re on a timer… why not be honest/ truthful about your time instead of leaving me sitting off to the side to make yall look better? A timer they stop & clear.

Where to start so your chicken is supposed to time out after so much time but they just pour fresh chicken over it or throw it in oil and cook it for a little longer to make it seem fresh. Expired products they will back date so they don't have any inventory waste which comes out of their managers bonuses. Nobody washes their hands they encourage people to stay there and work even when they're sick. Even the field manager comes in from life outside and we'll just start "helping" without putting on any gloves washing her hands taken off any of her jewelry I'll watch her nasty bracelet chain dip into the mac and cheese. All sides are supposed to be thrown out at the end of the day but they will just throw them in the freezer and then as they say bring them back to life in the morning with hot water seen them do this with some macaroni and gravy that look disgusting. They talk bad about the customers I witness somebody dropped chicken and then just cook it. This is only half the list of things that I saw in my two weeks working here I wouldn't suggest anybody eat here.

I stopped by and was told they had to fix more chix and for me to pull over. I pulled over along with two other cars. These two cars were taken care of and I'm still waiting on six chix wings. I know how long it takes considering I am a disabled now retired cook. I finally go inside and the little girl was taking food out to a car and I asked her did she have the chix wings and she said no. When she came back in I asked her about the chix wings and she said she had to check. When she came back she said the reason why they are not ready is because they were polishing a piece of equipment, I said to her is that equipment more important than the customer. At this point I want my money back. She gets a guy to come up front to give me my money back and he do not know how to open the cash register. When he finally gets into the cash register he gives me cash instead of putting it back on my card. This is very much unprofessional. I will not be going to this KFC on Taylor. Total wait time for the chix wings over 18 minutes. This is unreal. When they pulled their last, they should had more cooking. This is a restaurant you should never be out of anything.
I placed an order on Doordash and waited almost an hour due to my first dasher stealing my order. I was unaware this was the issue due to Doordash sending multiple dashers to the store. I called the store and found out the order was picked up by the first dasher. I asked if I could just come place my own order after cancelling my Doordash order and they were very accommodating. The store not only made the situation right, but they compensated for a situation that was not their fault and honored the pricing from the Doordash app. Before today I had avoided the store due to a bad experience a few years ago, but after today I will definitely be returning. Their staff was amazing! Thank you ?

The service was great. Over the years, KFC has been reducing the amount of seasoning. The one thing that separated them from other chicken places is almost nonexistent on its chicken.

Order a 3pcs meal only received a 2pcs. How could mess the order ? Taylor's Blvd location is a joke ever time I have detailed with them. Do not go them.

I got a famous bowl. There was no chicken on it. Hardly anything on it actually, mashed potatoes with a few toppings.

Let’s see… First of all I only recieved part of my food none of which filled my family up, and would have, had they given me what I paid for. What I did get was okay but did not meet expectations. Secondly the employees were huddled up in parking lot while I had to wait for part of my food. Not very professional or food service oriented. Won’t return!

They were terribly understaffed and out manned. Seemed like they were ignoring people at times but they had to in order to catch up. They handled ridicule and upset customers in a great fashion and ultimately got things done. I commend the management for the execution of being in the weeds. Yall need some workers. Don't nobody wanna work no more. It's crazy.
