Cane Run location is the worst one in Louisville. Salty and burnt is not part of the Colonel’s secret recipe. Will never get another dime from me.
Consistently poor customer service and food. Today I went for myself and my disabled aunt for an early dinner. Not only were they incredibly slow with very few customers, the food was old and the drinks were spoiled. Mashed potatoes were mostly gravy, fried chicken was old and hard, popcorn chicken was so spicy, it was ridiculous.
