Don't have screens showing your order, so my order wasn't right.
Staff was super nice and even made me feel my service dog was welcomed and not a nuisance like other businesses have done.
Food was hot, drinks cold.
Front counter lady named Katerina was such a doll. Very pleasant and knowledgeable and offered to help with my things when she saw me struggling trying to juggle my things, dog, and try to get a drink while another customer was complaining about my service animal because she hated dogs. Was very disappointed. Went into McDonald's on Cane Run Road to order a Big Mac and some fries. When the first time in a long time the Big Mac was broke down it was the size of a cheeseburger. McDonald's is starting to shave product and get over on the customer.
