I am a bit upset.I told them in drive thru this wasn't cooked long enough. I was told the chicken was cooked . Its just fresh grease. While i appreciate fresh. This is not cooked long enough. I was in line quick. Waited maybe 2 minutes. I feel there was no way my order was given so quick unless it was taken out the fryer sooner. This was my second disappointing purchase at this location. Spending over $50 on each time . I am serior veteran and I expect kfc quality from kfc. The food sucked........
Terrible customer service . Almost everybody working in there look like they was high. Was out of barbecue chicken and i told them i was charged extra for the barbecue chicken cause they wanted to replace it for the regular . When i agreed the guy daid he would give me barbecue sauce on the side but in the end they was even out of barbecue sauce!

KFC is a restaurant that offers tasty and fresh food, with specific mentions of their 12-piece order and 20-dollar fill-ups being enjoyable. The restaurant has been noted for its cleanliness and efficient staff, and customers have experienced fast service and delicious food. The large Mac and cheese dish remains a favorite, and many enjoy the Family Meal, which includes fresh hot chicken, delicious coleslaw, creamy mashed potatoes, and the best biscuits. Although there have been some issues with missing items in orders, some customers appreciate the helpful staff and their positive attitudes. The location's restrooms require a key code for access, and while they were mentioned as less clean, the overall dining experience at KFC is good, with room for improvement in service.
