Passing through From Canada and I had to stop in kfc hometown and see the difference. It’s beyond night and day. One of the cleanest kfcs I have been to and anyone who’s been to one in toronto would understand. Chicken was fresh and the crispy one (isn’t even an option in toronto) is better than I imagined. But the show stopper was the biscuits. I don’t know why Canada hasn’t gotten around to making these a thing but those with the honey or the grape jelly is A1. Appreciate the service kfc.

Great experience with all 3 employees today. We had a "special" order and knew it would take additional time. The lady who took our order, the lady who checked our order for accuracy, and the lady who was going to run our food out to us were AMAZING! They even thank us for our patience, and I can't seem to find the words for how appreciated they made us feel for just being customers there. Best experience with a fast food restaurant in over 5 years.

Ordered door dash, was missing and entire meal and the sauces, ordered again with the credits that was given back by door dash- messaged the dasher to please ask if the sauce was in the bag. He did, they said it was. Lied. Still no sauces. And I’m the type a person I like a side of chicken with my sauce so very disappointing. Didn’t even want the food after wait 2 hour on 2 deliveries and they still couldn’t get it right. Only leaving a review because I called the store and no answer multiple times.

Ordered a 3 piece tenders meal and got 3 tiny pieces of chicken that were dry tough and chewy, fries and a biscuit that was hard as a rock. All for 10 dollars. This place has really gone downhill. Got the nuggets last week and they were terrible. The popcorn chicken was better. Honestly you can get better chicken at a gas station.

Worst chicken sandwich, fries, AND famous bowl I have EVER got at any kfc! Chicken on the sandwich and in the famous bowl was like chewing leather, fries had the texture and taste of being reheated.

The other day me and my fiancé both made a mobile order on the app. When we got there they refused to give us the order in the drive thru which is odd cause I always make mobile orders at kfc and get them in the drive thru??? Told them both of our names and they made us come inside in the insane 94 degree weather which to me is pretty mean cause there’s no one in the drive thru on top of why do we got to go inside when any other time we don’t ?????? My fiancé went in for me to get our food and they was being rude to him cause he didn’t have my phone even though we just told them my name in the drive thru. Seems pretty racist and unprofessional to me. Anyways we got bad acid reflex from the chicken so never coming to this particular one again. Went to the other kfc and they gave us our food in the drive thru and it didn’t make us feel bad.
I tried unsuccessfully to order online. Printed out what I wanted and drove over. The counter person was rude and unhelpful. He looked at my printout and said "we don't have that". I LEFT AND WONT GO BACK.
