It was getting late as we were on a long trip returning home so we did the drive-thru window a half hour before they closed and the pleasant young man handling everything had the most friendly and AWESOME attitude!! He took the order perfectly and the food was Fresh and delicious. Our KFC by the house had sadly closed and this was such a treat and that stellar employee made it all the better.
Came to this location and was recommended to try their new Bowl, very friendly employees. No complaints at all. Very satisfied with how they manage and run this location. ? 10/10

I got chicken strips and my friend got the nuggets. Both our meat, was overcooked. I had to gnaw on my strip like a dog toy. The strips were so thin, it was more batter than chicken. The nuggets, please. They look so dry and I saw her chewing on them . It was so bad.

I appreciate the hospitality that I have received within the past month, I come to KFC on my break so many times a week and when Darius works the window I find him so funny and like a breath of fresh air. Not all the time you come across good service. I had to wait for my food this particular time but with the great customer service I receive, I don’t mind at all.

Absolutely horrible experience.I came here after having a really difficult night, just got done with crying my eyes out and drove here for comfort food. I ordered a big box meal and a 12 pc nugget in the drive thru.A woman answered the drive thru order box. She was friendly, somewhat knowledgeable, and fast, which is the only reason I’m giving this 2 stars — the only “issue” I noted was that she didn’t tell me my total. However, the boy working the drive thru window should either be re-trained or assigned to a different position.He started our interaction by saying they were out of fries for the big box meal and asked what I want instead. I asked if they had mashed potatoes and gravy, to which he just said “aight” and left the window, I thought nothing of it. But, then he comes back with my drink, hands me my drink, and just stares at me. I asked him what my total was, to which he said “Uuuuuuh … *stares at the POS screen* … $21.71”, to which I was also forgiving, who knows what his situation is. However, I was taken aback when he came back and just the bag of food in my face. I asked if I could have my receipt, to which he scoffed, rolled his eyes, clicked his tongue, and started walking away, turning his head back and said “It’s in the bag, man”, and walked to the back.I have worked in servicing customers and clients for over 10 years. I understand having bad days, I understand being short or “over it”. I would not be giving a bad review if he was just over it. He was a **jerk**. I came here to just get some nuggets and keep crying and processing what happened tonight in the KFC parking lot, but I don’t want to stay in this parking lot after that interaction, and I will never be coming here again. If you’re coming in the night time, I strongly suggest you do the same.

Store was very clean and customer service was extra credit great. I had a two minute wait but my biscuits and chicken was hot and fresh. Can’t beat that. Definitely The best KFC I have been to. The fella that checked me out, said that when everyone leaves this store, they leave with a smile on their face. He was definitely right because everybody had the best vibe. It definitely helped with the stuff I had been through at the hospital today. I appreciated it and needed that smile. Great service is hard to find. But not here. Thank you!
