I placed an online order for a cake two days ahead of time. After receiving confirmation that the order was received I never got a confirmation that the cake was ready. I called up on the day I was supposed to pick it up to verify it was ready. Unfortunately they indicated they had no cake orders and would have to check with management to see if they could find the order. They asked if I could call back in 15 minutes. When I called back Jullian was very sweet and said she could make the cake for me and I could pick it up in a few hours. She did a beautiful job, added some sparkle and gave me a $2 discount. What could have been a horrible situation was completely turned around and I am a satisfied customer thanks to Jullian. She is a fabulous addition to the bakery department!
Shelves seem stock well here, as opposed to Kroger on poplar lvl, which is constantly out of a few items I'm looking for.
But the 2 employees i found to ask a question where short with me an a bit rude, but the lady at the register was nice but had to bag my own groceries (nearly 2 carts worth)
Also they have got a jcpd solar camera trailer out in the parking lot, I assume it's because a couple customers of Wal-Mart (across street)had their catalytic converter stolen in their lot whilst they were shopping! Pitiful. Decent store.
Not a bad place to shop.good merchandize, good price.only thing wrong, dogs need to stay out !!!!
it is usually a pleasure to shop at kroger, but this particular day there produce was terrible, I thought they normally would have some great produce. I asked the guy could you check and see if they have something better than what's on display, and they did not. kroger needs to step up their game
It was crowded
It would be a good place to start a grocery store
Great place to shop! Produce is always fresh and shelves are always stocked! Staff is always friendly!
Just stopped to pick up a couple things
I picked up an online order today at the Outer Loop store. However, my order was missing a package of strawberries, that were on sale for $1.88 but I was charged $3.29, and all three of the Carbmaster yogurts that I had purchased.
I went into the store to get the four items that were missing and a refund for the different in the price of the strawberries.
I was told to talk to Jeff, who later proclaimed he was the actual store manager, and told him I was missing items.
To say the least I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I told him I needed to be refunded the price difference between the price of the strawberries. He then proceeded to tell me to “Show me the digital coupon you used.” I said they are on sale for $1.88. He continued to tell me to show him the coupon. I said they are on sale! After continually being told to show him a coupon that wasn’t needed I said just refund me the money for the groceries that I did not receive. He refused saying it was already processed.
I asked for the district manager’s name and number after getting nowhere with Jeff. He said “Oh no that isn’t the way this is going down!” With that I told him I would figure it out myself and left the store without a refund or an apology.
Tomorrow I will be contacting the district manager and hopefully will receive a refund for the items not given to me. Poor service at the least!
Nice sell on chips and sodas

Will never go here again they don't have much options but the smell of weed in here was making me sick!!! Other people were talking about it too, it smelt like they were smoking it in the back by the bathrooms!
they sell groceries
So every single time we go into this Kroger and bargain shop. We grab sale items and every single time we check out half the the so called sale items are not on sale. And the 1 fat lazy lady at the self check out gets rude and says welp you pay full price or don't get it. Even though the damn tag on the shelf has the sale price the description of the items and even the SKU number and the lazy woman won't do anything I'm fed up with the lazy management not price tagging properly. And I live in walking distance of this Kroger. I'll stick to Meijer for now on.
Ordered a cake at the bakery. Waited at the front of the bakery for 15 minutes and never acknowledged by the employee even though she was facing me, prepping cookies the whole time. Lyric, just got another cake from the fridge and my own icing for writing a message
Friendly people
