Bought a Kroger brand spiral honey ham. Was nothing sweet about this ham. This was the worst ham. Salty is an understatement & I like salty foods. Tough & so hard to chew. Thought I was getting a bargain marked down to $11 from $38. Kroger should literally be forced out of the ham business. Wanted to give zero stars but had to give one to post a comment.

I was here a few days ago to do some shopping for groceries while I was in town. The place was clean and well organized. The staff was pleasant and the parking lot was safe to traverse. Just a nice grocery store.

Pharmacy is slow and busy. You'll be waiting a while to pick up your prescriptions. And it seems like the drive-thru is never open.

Opened a brand new big bag of cheese that doesn’t expire til 1/2024 and found mold.?

I would say don’t come to get your prescriptions because you will wait well over an hour trying to get them. Then you get to the representative and the script won’t be ready. Worst service ever!!!

DO NOT DO PICKUP ORDERS HERE. I have had several instances in where when I go pickup, either they have lost my order or the system has automatically checked me out and they need to charge me again since on their end they didn't se sit go through. ‍ This store seems to always have technical issues or an issue where their computer doesn't read the same thing as what's on the app, blah blah blah. No one at this store ever really knows how to do their job. It's always "we need to call customer care" or "you'll get a refund if you talk to customer care". I have waited 40 minutes in the pickup lane, with three small children in the backseat, all for my order to be cancelled on me. Don't even bother shopping at Kroger anymore. They have the worst customer service both in store, online and by phone.

I was at this Kroger today and the staff wasn't very friendly. I was able to shop for all of my groceries without any help. Good night and good luck.

kroger needs to explain why it's closed before 9pm, 9pm is an unacceptable closing time for a store that was 24hrs. I need to get some items but can't because their already closed.

Terri (Pharmacy) was scheduled a break, but seeing how busy the store was, sacrificed her break to jump on a register and help take care of customers. The cheerfulness and smile, along with her work ethic, deserves many accolades. Thank you, Terri, for making everyone's day a little brighter!

I ran out of food for my Labrador Beagle mix and she is on the BARF raw diet. 15 min before closing time I ran in there and was able to grab some turkey wings along with chicken gizzards and hearts for less than $5. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that they close at 9pm.

The customer service is pathetic and gross. This blond big girl checker is very rude to customers. Management should watch her. All my neighbors complain about this store! Meijer it is from now on. Vance is good there and Rick, but the horrific abuse of these female cashiers is beyond hideous

Worst KROGER in the city! They literally never have product. Shelves stay empty year round... and the deli department employees are the rudest... not to mention they start closing down at 6:30 not 7:00pm Let me venture back to my old neighborhood Kroger out Breckinridge where they have fully stocked shelves and friendly employees

Not only are their shelves empty, it took 50 minutes, after checkin, to get our pick up order. They didn’t even bring out orders as people arrived. Ridiculous!
