Multiple signs at the front counter about drink options. When we went to order, a lot of things are out or no longer sold. After three attempts to order a drink, the cashier told us there was a handwritten list behind her on the fridge of items they don’t have. She could have been a lot more polite, and the list should also have been made available at the front with the other menu information.

This place has gone downhill. I think corporate has just given up on it, frankly. I don't even go to this mall very often (less than once a month) but when I do, I try to hit up the KFT. Many months ago they had no strawberry anything: no bubbles, no flavoring, nada. And as of a week ago they still didn't have any of that. How are you gonna run a month's+ long Strawberry Shortcake promotion that requires that flavoring and you never stock it? The service is also abysmal, where they can't remember what you even ordered or sequential list of orders. Sometimes you can see them preparing your drink and then you think it's ready because they're wiping it off with a towel, but they move on to another order and leave you hanging. Just don't even go here when it is busy, like on a weekend or something. You're in for a bad time. The teas are great, but the service and lack of stock makes me want to support a more local business instead.

So very slow. Young lady taking order was sweet but staff behind the counter kept walking away and after the order was placed took 45 minutes to get 1 regular milk Boba (after being out of items for the first 2 picks).

When I went to order the cashier didn’t say anything and just proceeded to point to a sign that said back at 4:30. There were multiple people there and none of them said anything. Less than 10 minutes after walking away other people came up and they served them even though it was before the time they would be “back”. Love kung fu tea but wish there were other locations.

Didn't like the Thai tea, it was bitter. My daughter wanted the strawberry shortcake stickers and they didn't even have it available.

Got a Oreo slush and what I received can best be described as overly sweet chocolate milk. Their teas are horrendous and taste like they’ve been oversteeped. Will not return and regret not going back for a refund

Bubble tea is good, but location is understaffed and takes forever. Also, not prompt on opening in accordance with posted hours.

Canceled my order for no reason, and never identified the reason. It was a delivery order. I’m very disappointed.

I recently tried the Honey Oolong Milk Tea at Kung Fu Tea, and it was a delicious experience. Despite a longer wait time, the wait was undoubtedly worth it for the exceptional taste of the tea. The bubbles in the tea were incredibly soft and seemed to melt in my mouth, adding a delightful texture to each sip. The blend of honey and oolong was perfectly balanced, creating a harmonious and refreshing flavor profile. Overall, Kung Fu Tea surpassed my expectations making it my must go visit for bubble tea.

15min line to order, gave them a 20% tip and it takes 4 people 40min to get our order ready for only 3 people and still give us the wrong order and we had to come back. In total over an hour; never again!

Worst boba place. They are so slow it takes 30+ minutes to get a drink when their not busy. They text on their phones and eat and drink while making drinks. They gave me the wrong drink. Just go to share tea it’s quicker
