5/5 for the drink but 3/5 for the service. They need more staff. I did enjoy my tea though!
I’ve come here a few times recently and the service has always been great. Staff know what they are talking about and are super friendly and open when it comes to giving suggestions. I will definitely be back!
The staff was very friendly and helpful in picking what flavor I should get, The drinks tasted amazing!
boba drink tasted like medicine. every drink I tried to order they told me I couldn’t put boba in it, which is confusing since this is a BOBA spot. would not recommend or come again.
Barista greeted us at the counter with a mouthful of food and just gestured at us until we ordered. There were only 3 or 4 folks waiting on drinks and we still waited around 20 minutes. Whatever was happening on the two workers’ phones was clearly more important. Drinks tasted watered down and sad. Judging from the other reviews, it seems that the higher ups have forgotten about or given up on this place. Save your money and go anywhere else.
Service was horrible
Horrible bad service doesn’t get orders, correct don’t go there waste money bad.
Wanted two drinks, for me an oolong tea with honey, mango popping boba and regular boba. My mother wanted passion fruit green tea, the lady said she didn’t have that, then she said”I recommend the peach oloong tea” so we agreed on that. Then when she was typing it in she was like “I can make the passion fruit with oolong.” And we just wanted to leave so my mom conceded with whatever she said… her voice was very hushed. It took 20 minutes to get our drink. My mother said her drink tasted like powder water. Mine tasted like pure honey. Straight diabetes, perhaps some tea I wasn’t sure what I was tasting with all that honey. Regular boba tasted fine, however the mango boba tasted like apple… I’m not even sure if they had apple popping boba it’s just what it tasted like. I’ve had mango popping boba before from Funtea it was arguably better. In fact everything is better at Fun tea… possibly any other boba place is better than kun fu. Disappointed.
Younger girl working there took my money and wouldn’t give me my change back because she said she didn’t know how. Then my Taro bubble tea came out tasting like popcorn? Terrible. Been before and have enjoyed but now will not be returning
Multiple signs at the front counter about drink options. When we went to order, a lot of things are out or no longer sold. After three attempts to order a drink, the cashier told us there was a handwritten list behind her on the fridge of items they don’t have. She could have been a lot more polite, and the list should also have been made available at the front with the other menu information.

This place has gone downhill. I think corporate has just given up on it, frankly. I don't even go to this mall very often (less than once a month) but when I do, I try to hit up the KFT. Many months ago they had no strawberry anything: no bubbles, no flavoring, nada. And as of a week ago they still didn't have any of that. How are you gonna run a month's+ long Strawberry Shortcake promotion that requires that flavoring and you never stock it? The service is also abysmal, where they can't remember what you even ordered or sequential list of orders. Sometimes you can see them preparing your drink and then you think it's ready because they're wiping it off with a towel, but they move on to another order and leave you hanging. Just don't even go here when it is busy, like on a weekend or something. You're in for a bad time. The teas are great, but the service and lack of stock makes me want to support a more local business instead.
So very slow. Young lady taking order was sweet but staff behind the counter kept walking away and after the order was placed took 45 minutes to get 1 regular milk Boba (after being out of items for the first 2 picks).
When I went to order the cashier didn’t say anything and just proceeded to point to a sign that said back at 4:30. There were multiple people there and none of them said anything. Less than 10 minutes after walking away other people came up and they served them even though it was before the time they would be “back”. Love kung fu tea but wish there were other locations.
Didn't like the Thai tea, it was bitter. My daughter wanted the strawberry shortcake stickers and they didn't even have it available.
Got a Oreo slush and what I received can best be described as overly sweet chocolate milk. Their teas are horrendous and taste like they’ve been oversteeped. Will not return and regret not going back for a refund
