I was in louisville for work, and I tried las chamas three times. I'll give a 4/5 because out of 3 times I was there the food was good twice. The only thing that stay consistent was la chicha; it was delicious but arepas were 1/3, pepito 2/3, hot dog 2/3 and customer service was always excellent.
Food is great, you gotta try it. It will surprise you.
From the outside, you wouldn't think much about it, but when you go in, people are real friendly, enjoyable, and service is fantastic.

I might have come in with overly high expectations, but the food overall wasn't particularly memorable. The empanadas, arepas, and tequeños were okay; though I will say the saving grace was the sauces, which were excellent!
