Little Caesars in Louisville

“Ordered some pizza for a birthday party down the road. The pizzas were the best I’ve had from Caesars in awhile! I asked for some sauces thinking I could get some for the four pizzas and three 2 liters I ordered but the girl informed me you have to pay .60 for them. No biggie but I don’t get any. Store seemed a little unkept.“

“Well i just rode a bike to the 22nd st location at 9:30 pm on 10/23/23 and ordered a large pep when i got all the way back home i opened it ro a sausage pizza that we literally hate an now i cant get an answer on the phone so im just documenting this for good measure when i return for my refund tomorrow i “

“Ordered a pizza on Sunday (12/8/24) and it was the best LC pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pizza was hot, toppings evenly distributed, and the crust was a good consistency. Even the crust on the ends was soft even after reheating. I’ll definitely come back.“

“On 4/26, I ordered slices and Stix along with crazy bread and garlic butter online. Garlic butter was not in the portal. Unfortunately, I had to wait forever for someone/anyone to assist. Food tasted very OFF. Service was not up to the usual standard.“

“It's the only place where you can go and find a really nice area to finally get the chance to relax and make time for the one thing that most people that are looking for the same thing in a local establishment that's close to where your comfortable driving to on the weekend“

“When I came in tonight around 6-630pm and got my order from the portal, a box slipped and I dropped the pizza on the ground. When I explained what happened, they instantly clean my mess and made a new pizza for me without hesitation. As I sat and waited for the replacement, they got busy. I only seen 3 of them but they all was working like a well oiled machine. I seen at least 4 or 5 orders go out the drive thru in record time. These three young adults really knew their job and worked hard, professionally, and quickly. I was so impressed with the teamwork. Damn good job guys! This crew was exceptional in every way! I hope corporate sees this review. They deserve raises and promotions! Thursday October 2 @6-630pm.“

“I just wanna give a big kudos to the beautiful, friendly, well mannered and extremely professional young lady that was working the front counter this evening at the Valley station Dixie hwy location on 12/19/2024 around 5pm!! She may be the manager and if I heard correctly her name is Christina but I could be wrong about the name, However, She was extremely polite and very professional, my pizzas were done and in my hand super fast and they were hot and cooked exactly how I requested. Light sauce and well done. Perfect customer service, fantastic experience thanks to the pre mentioned young lady and my food tastes amazing!!!😄😄😄😄 Thank you for the fantastic service!! That young lady should be a manager or higher if she isn't already!!“

“Only 4 customer chairs in store .....12 customers standing while waiting on food ...put more chairs in store as a courteous to the customers and as a compliment to the store's appreciation for patronizing Little Caesars do the intelligent thing do the right thing put more chairs in your store for waiting customers thx I frequent this Little Caesars store... this customer will be watching for the extra chairs“

“I bought s pepperoni pizza from my T-Mobile Tuesday and only paid $2.12. The communication was on point. I was able to set up my time and date of pick up. When I got there, there was no line, nobody hanging out and the pizza was hot n ready. The cashier greeted me with a smile n her service was quick and also on point. I was very pleased over all.

Parking: There's no drive in and normally people don't like to park so they pull close to the door creating more parking issues. Today was nowhere near chaotic.“

The Lil Cesars was near Fegenbush. Idk who you are but putting your customers taste buds first was wonderful service, you don't see enough caring employees now days as we should at places like this.
