BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I ordered pizza on the app and sadly went through three times not one!! I got there to pick up the order and I only was the staff ready with this big order that came through three times but they were amazing when I told them the app messed up and send it to her too many times. They totally understood and were nice about the mess up. I gladly took and paid for some of the extra off their hands that is harder to sell. Hey by far the best customer service...read full review

Little Caesars Pizza offers a mixed dining experience. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. However, the restaurant can get quite busy, leading to some delays and disorganization, especially in the evenings. The food quality is average, neither exceptional nor disappointing. Some customers noted that the food is okay, but there can be issues with the service, such as forgetfulness or rudeness from staff. One employee, believed to be the manager, provided exceptional customer service by preparing a perfect pizza and owning the customer experience. Despite occasional mistakes like forgetting dessert or garlic butter, the location is highly recommended for its employee who goes above and beyond. Overall, Little Caesars Pizza provides a decent pizza option, with a focus on customer service, though some experiences can vary.
