Little Caesars has failed its customers with the ordering process. Called in an order and took me through 3 different hold tones and robots before someone I could barely understand answered. They spoke very broken English and barely was able to put it a simple pizza order. Then says it’s a 26 minute wait. Even when I order online or in the app it takes very long. The staff at this little Caesars is very friendly and everyone is working hard and non stop. I feel bad for them because they seem low staffed but doing the best they can and make pizzas as fast as possible.

Went to pick up a Doordash order and I must say the only being picked was someone's nose!! Literally!! Was told the order would be ready in 5 minutes, and I watched 3 staff members disappear to the back of the store after watching one of them digging in their nose. 15 minutes later, there was nobody to be seen as I was waiting patiently. I saw two pizzas on the end of the oven conveyor for roughly 5 minutes and when I finally saw someone come from the back, I asked about the order. Sadly I had to deal with the look of disgust, like I was asking him to go out of his way to finish what I came in for.

I have been waiting for AN HOUR! My husband ordered at 6 it was to be ready at 6:40 it is 7:27 15 minutes ago I was told my order was the second next! This is ridiculous! I understand it’s Super Bowl but COME ON!!

We order from LC weekly. Tonight was a perfect experience. The food was ready when the app said, everything was prepared exactly as you would want, and the workers were helpful and personable.

Literally the worst pizza I've ever had in my life limp dick crust,burnt cheese and they didn't even slice it. Literally took one bite and threw it away. My advice spend a little more and get a good pizza.

The last two times we’ve ordered Little Caesars, we’ve ordered breadsticks.
The first time we didn’t order any extra, we just assumed they’d come with the bread sticks, like they’re supposed to. Nope. Second time we intentionally ordered an extra cup to maybe at least guarantee we could get one. Nope.
Will not ever use Little Caesars again; Just like a lot of other places, they can’t be bothered to give out sauces as intended; Every single restaurant that refuses to give sauces or specifically requires you to buy extra sauce clearly have not budgeted their money well, because if 50cents is what makes the difference between a happy customer or keeping the store floating, holy hell everyone’s CFOs need to be fired and reorganize the company’s money.

Omg the Crazy Bread at a lil Cesars we went to yesterday was the BEST we ever had! My boyfriend said the girl that made it hooked it up well! They were on point... 🔥! The Lil Cesars was near Fegenbush. Idk who you are but putting your customers taste buds first was wonderful service, you don't see enough caring employees now days as we should at places like this. Good Job!

Ordered with Door Dash. Food showed up 1.5 hours late without the 2 liter. Definitely the store's fault and not an isolated incident.
Don't waste your time. This store is terrible. Just drove a little farther and eat at a different franchise.
