Food is great, no issues there. The issues are with the staff, I understand y’all are busy so issues with that, but it’s not hard to double check or even triple check receipts to make sure orders are correct. Anytime I go in there for online pickup something is missing or wrong and I’m not the only customer dealing with it. Just retrain your staff please, it’s that easy. If they don’t learn after retraining then it’s a write up, it’s that easy!

Come here if you like cheap tasting pizza and you enjoy the feeling of waiting in the county clerk and being treated with indifference. 45 minute wait for a pepperoni and a cheese pizza.. they don’t have enough staff and the ones that are there seem like they stopped caring a long time ago. Go pick up a frozen pizza, it’ll be more worth it. Also, I don't thinknthe checkout cou ter has ever been cleaned... How's this pass inspection?

Management will give you old hot and ready food. And when you catch them they don’t even apologize. Be careful!!!I came in and ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and wings. I asked if they make them fresh, they male cashier in a bucket hat didn’t really answered just looked at the hot box at the 3 orders that were hot and ready. So requested that my wings be made fresh. I watched him cut my pizza and when the wings came out he took them to a different table , opened the hot box and emptied an old container of wings with 2 fresh wings and attempted to serve it to me. A girl had approached the counter at this point asking if I was waiting on “ Brandi” I said yea and told her they can keep the wings because that boy just gave me old chicken. I then asked why they don’t make the wings fresh . She responded “ it’s not that”. So I asked why did he put old chicken in there, she had no response just asked me if I wanted the chicken. So I asked for a managers name. She advised that she was a manager along with the boy that gave me old food.

The food was somehow a little cold when he had just handed it to me but it wasn't bad overall. The restaurant lobby was kinda dirty and the staff didn't talk to you at allVegetarian options: Typical cheese pizza or crazy bread non-meat option. Nothing vegan
2nd pizza that took forever. First I picked up and second delivered. Delivery ordered 3 pizzas. Door Dash driver says they only have her 2. She didn't care. Guy on the phone at little Ceasers cares even less and he made that clear. As I was politely trying to figure out how I get my pizza he hung up on me.

5 hours to get 1 pizza. I order online pick up. Want to the store and it was not ready. I left and come back 4 time before the had the pizza. I did not eat it. The kids working the store are nice but did not move fast at all. You can tell all the @#$% to give here gone. The store onwer sorry you have no mannager or an Adult to work the store.

I stopped at this location starving and had already had a day full of kids ball games etc. I ordered a chees stuffed crust pepperoni pizza …. I get home and it was a plain chees pizza …. I called up to the store n spoke to them …. They wanted me to drive all the way back up there to return the pizza n get what I actually ordered….. if I felt like putting that much effort into it I’d probably cooked dinner myself…. They did not offer to compensate me only said i needed to drive back up there….. any where else I’ve been that messed up my order usually tries to make up for it… they wasnt willing to fix the issue at all.

leaving a good review cuz i made a big fuss about the cheese sauce being shown with the pretzel crust when i went to check back on the site its not i was wrong and i feel bad lol. gave me the cheese sauce tho ty. i hate crazy saucei always thought the cheese dip came with it cuz when i used to order it i always got one with it xD

I went there about 1 and a half months ago and they were having a fight or something in the back cuz they was yelling and everything but I waited almost 1 hour for a medium pepperoni pizza. Never went or ordered from that place ever
