The meal was exceptional, and the ambiance was pleasant. Service was somewhat slow, likely due to understaffing. Our server, however, provided polite and friendly service. Longhorn Steakhouse's pricing is higher than Texas Roadhouse's; nevertheless, the overall dining experience was positive.
I had the $26 Ribeye steak, baked potato, and Brussel sprouts. An appetizer of spinach dip with pita bread. For dessert, the chocolate stampede. I was satisfied with everything but my steak and the pita bread with the spinach dip! Ribeyes should be like butter, but this one was like a sirloin! I was chewing so much that I was about to blow a bubble. I chewed and put it on the side of the plate. And I don't think the pita bread went well with the spinach dip. It should have...
