Customer service is horrible. I placed order by phone at 5:27p, was told 10 minutes. I arrived at 5:42p and food just dropped. Now I have to rush to work. I Ordered boneless wings and fries. Menu online and in store says $2.99 for fries, not combo. Employee was rude, stated menu in store and online is incorrect. Wouldn’t honor the price that is listed. Then he proceeds to tell me to stop talking. Very unprofessional. Food is great but service sucks. Not sure if I’ll return. Customer service is a big deal to me.
Parking: Parking lot is awkward. It’s hard to reverse out of spots because of the busy street (Taylor Blvd). No place to turn around

I placed a order at 1:15a I understand y’all close at 2a but if you wasn’t going to make my food why accept my order had the door dasher come to your store and y’all lock the door in his face not only that now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back

We have ordered food 3 times once it all showed up and was great, the second time there was food missing we paid for, third time it still hasn’t arrived but the driver from grub hub did with someone else’s order. U have great food but we will never order there again!

Food was awesome!! Husband had the chicken cheesesteak it was a huge portion he said it was awesome and the French fries were on point. Pizza and mozzarella sticks were very good as well. We ordered delivery and everything was wrapped so good it was all hot and crispy when we got it!!
Ordered pizza , wings & chef salad., the food is pretty freakin good, especially considering it’s 1am & not much else is open. Prices are a little high but when I told the worker that it was our first time there, he gave us 2 free drinks. Overall good experience, needs larger parking area.

First off, let me make it clear the food here is A-1. Easily some of the best pizza in Louisville, and the wings are also near-perfect. You will not be disappointed in the quality of the food here.
However - and I want to stress that the workers here are doing their best and this is not their fault - the customer experience is extremely mediocre. I tried calling in an order, but the phone went straight to voicemail. So I ordered online only to find that the $30 XL pizza + wings combo I wanted wasn't available and I ended up paying $10 more for the same items.
Additionally, I was told when I ordered that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, only to find that there's a glitch that results in online orders not coming through until you inform the person behind the counter. At that point you'll wait another 15-20 minutes for your food. And this wasn't just me: At least one other person there when I was there went through the same thing.
The lot where Pizza King is located is also extremely small and getting out requires backing out onto a busy road, with no stop sign or signal. I highly recommend being very careful if you're picking up your food for a to-go order as getting out of the lot requires timing and precision.
Great pizza, but the overall experience is lacking.
