Count me as surprised that there is NY/NJ style pizza in Kentucky. Excellent pizza and the rest of the menus looked great. Authentic and the owner is from Bari, Italy. Reasonable prices.
1. Overpriced
2. No flavor
3. Unfriendly
(1) 2 slices of cheese pizza + 1 ice tea =$14. Slices too small.
(2) Tomato sauce- no flavor, no sweet ice tea
(3) No personality or greetings
Save yourself a let-down, eat elsewhere.

We were looking for something to eat close to the History Museum and I'm so glad we walked into Luigi's. We got two calzones and shared both of them. One had chicken and spinach and it was ok but the one with sausage, peppers, etc. was amazing! Dipping it in the delicious marinara sauce made it perfect. If I lived closer I would eat there often. Then we tried the Tiramisu and it was everything I expected. Delicious! And the employees were kind and helpful.

I had always heard good things about Luigi’s so I decided to give it a try. They were hopping when I got there. They are right next to H&B and across from the Science Museum, so they get a lot of tourist. I tried their Meat Lasagna and a coke. Service was great and friendly, but it all ended there. The meat lasagna had no meat. The sauce tasted like it came fresh out of the can with no spices and the garlic bread was cold and hard. This is not Italiano cuisine. I paid sixteen fifty plus 20% tip up front and left hungry. Downtown food is generally pricy, but this place is not worth it. Go elsewhere. Downtown has many other places to dine at or around the same price point.

This restaurants was very bland in basically every way. The pizza I had was bland. The canzone had slightly better taste but was still bland. And the staff were good but we also couldn't order the pasta, and they couldn't make a stuffed crust pizza like it said on their menu the day we went. So it was underwhelming.

I love Luigi’s! Have been eating here for over 20 years. The eggplant Linguine is amazing and I am not a fan of eggplant! You have to try it!

This place is quick and convenient, but it's about $7 for a single slice of pizza. I got 2 pieces of pizza and a small soda for $18.05. I wouldn't mind if the pizza was filling, but the pizza is very thin with hardly any toppings. I was still hungry after paying $18 for lunch. The pizza is kind of burnt too. This place would be okay if the pizza was more like $3 or $4. Definitely not worth the price.

Service staff seemed unsure why they were there. One of them finally took my order, and I got what is easily the second-worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. Rock hard bread, chicken that had both the taste and texture of plastic, old, burned-up sauce, and a puny amount of cheese that was literally the only flavor to the entire thing. Maybe their pizza is amazing, but I've never stepped foot in there again, and I work on the block. No way. Avoid.

Regarding our recent order from your establishment, we received a New York roll, a mushroom and sausage pizza slice, and a spinach calzone. While the food was adequately prepared, it lacked flavor, resembling hot bread. Overall, the dining experience was profoundly disappointing.
