An awesome spot right in the hotel! My wife and I stopped in for a drink before doing fireworks at Waterfront Park. I had the blackberry old fashioned, and it was great. Bartender was super quick.
Some couches and more comfortable chairs next to the windows, if you don't want to sit right at the bar.
My boyfriend and I stayed, we had an issue in the beginning with our room accidentally being double booked but don’t be discouraged by this comment! Because this staff went above and beyond to fix the issue which we weren’t upset by any means. But I highly would recommend the stay! The staff was excellent, apologetic, and entertaining. Deserves raises to be honest. We 1000 are returning next year. Thank yall for such a generous and enjoyable experience!
The good: The hotel staff is lovely. They were friendly and helpful, always happy to offer local insights and suggestions for our anniversary trip plans. The bad: The attached restaurants are pretty mediocre. Not any good places within walking distance, either. So you’re stuck with Jackdaw being the only place for coffee/breakfast that doesn’t cost $40 a plate. The rooms make weird noise at all times, a constant tapping inside the walls after running the hot water. The ugly: The hotel itself was awful. The bedding was so uncomfortable that I was looking forward to getting home before the trip was halfway over. The shower and sink takes 10 minutes to warm up and is a pathetic trickle of water pressure.
Service is okay, but they have a limited menu! Didn’t look anything like other reviews, and they lacked most of the menu anyway. If you ask me it’s waste of money, and time! Although the food was okay, kinda soggy and chewy.

we had a great 3 night stay , 5 star service
Hidden gem! I ordered hummus and veggies and there is no way I’ll ever like anyone else’s! Fresh made pita chips and the veggies were roasted.. it was truly a meal and it was healthy! Husband got steak and it was so flavorful and cooked to a perfect medium! Cocktails were delicious!

I ordered the charcuterie board and caesar salad. The salad was fine, even though they added tomatoes, which was strange. The charcuterie board was ridiculous. It looked like something I could’ve got at Walmart. They gave me store bought cubed cheese with a couple meats and FIVE blackberries. I asked if I could possibly have more and they told me that was all that came with it. It’s an appetizer meant to be split with others, and they gave me 5 blackberries… The bartender was nice, but it seemed the kitchen told her no. Also, the crackers taste like communion crackers. Vesta crackers genuinely have more flavor. I’m have never left a review for a restaurant, but $15 for communion food was trash.

Cozy chairs, nice separated areas to sit in. You could spend some time here but the food I had was not good. The drinks were so watered down. It's not worth getting drinks here I think.

The food was really better than expected. It was a cold rainy night and we just wanted to stay in our room anyway but decided to venture on down. We had a really nice meal with great atmosphere and the staff were super nice and knew their bourbon they were selling. The fish and chips were great. The breading was little thicker than I like. The chicken Alfredo was really nice.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Has everything you are looking for. Will definitely recommend.
The food was excellent as others have noted. Steak was perfect and so tender. The restaurant is a large open area on the second floor with the bar which is relaxing. The decor is modern but homey/horsey. It's away from the 4th street hubbub, so it's a little walk but well worth it! Hit Erhlers on the way back...
