CHECK. EVERY. BAG. THEY. GIVE. YOU. You have to ask for ketchup when ordering fries, you have to ask for syrup and butter, and plastic ware when ordering hotcakes, you need to be more descriptive when asking for bacon. “With bacon” also means sausage I had no idea.

Service was bad as usual. I only go out of convince. Whoever every time I go the fried are undercooked. I mean they no brown or tan color at all. The fries are white like they put them in the container straight from the freezer. Ridiculous.

The store closes at 11 pm but they try to act closed at 10pm. The screens in the drive thru are turned off and they play the “sorry, but we are closed” recording. But then a second later, someone got on the speaker and said “Wait a minute” as a greeting in an impatient voice. This is not the first time this has happened. The manager needs to retrain their closing shift.

Ordered the 5 meal deal. My chicken sandwich was cold along with the fries but opened my chicken nuggets and I was served a nugget that already had a bite taken out of it. Call the store and the manager told me I had to hold on to the nuggets to get a new meal or compensation. No matter how long it took me to come back to that store. No concern and that was her solution!

I have been to this McDonald's many many times and the people I have interacted with at this McDonald's have always been friendly. Most of the time they are very quick. Any time I have had an issue they always rectify in a satisfactory way.

If these fries were any more undercooked, there would be frost on them from the freezer

Perfect place if you like flat drinks, poorly prepared and cold hamburgers, nothing healthy on the menu, not even a salad and soggy fries. The restrooms are ridiculous they are so filthy. The employees are never friendly and act mad that they have to take a break from sleeping in the lobby or playing on their phones

I am a regular customer who only gets his order right about a third of the time. U grew up around people who had English as a second language who were fluent. The employees here aren't. The coles are flat half the time. And then there is thet Annoying blonde who always sits near the resteoomv

It use to be a great McDonalds but here lately are food has been messed up and cold. Service is terrible we like to go there after we go grocery shopping at Kroger but not anymore. We usually go grocery shopping on Thursdays between 5 and 6pm so I guess it’s 2nd they act like they just don’t care. I have reported them to corporate once and they sent me a free meal and I was told that they would take care of it but it looks like nothing was done. I’m just warning anyone else do not go to this store 2nd shift because they just Do not care. I will not be going to this store anymore.

Pulled up to drive through. An unenthusiastic voice said “what’s your order”. I told them. “1st window”. No greeting, no hello, welcome to McDonalds etc. so I get to window. Girl opens it and says “what you have@? Uhm, diverticulitis? Oh you mean what did I order. 4A. “Is that chicken?” Yes. She takes my card. Swipes it. Hands it back. Nothing else. 2nd window. I pull up. I sit briefly, then it opens and a male hands me a cup and a bag. I said thank you and he was shutting the window. Non verbal I presume. Food was fine, restaurant grounds looked clean. I seldom eat fast food but three young teens or 20 something’s I encountered were all, completely incapable of saying or doing anything short of barely communicating enough to get me my food. Pitiful. I don’t blame the corporation or the franchisee as much as society. But we have failed. I’m retired and work part time in a public store a few days a week. I’m customer facing. Everyone greets the customers, speaks with them and is very outgoing. This place could use a little of that.

Jus left from there and was totally ignored by the workers. All doors locked. Drive thru was blocked off. But nothing saying that they where closed. Workers not letting anyone know that they were closed. Wtf?
