Service was a bit slow to pick up on that, I had a buy 1, get 1 free sandwich code from taking a survey online; we were initially charged for 2 sandwiches. Thankfully, the issue was resolved.

I am very disappointed with the overall experience. The day staff was not very inviting, nor engaged whatsoever. My order is very minimal, and the wait times did not reflect the traffic. The store was empty, as well as drive thru, and I still was told to wait in curbside pick up. This has happened several times, the night shift however is a very strong team. I will be choosing to go elsewhere moving forward. I don’t recommend this location if you value time or quality.

Waited 1 hour for 4 piece nuggets will not be in this Macdonlas anymore had to ask 5 times they were slow and just standing around they gave me nasty looks slammed my drinks on table got everywhere and just was not good at all

Food was good, but there was a line of people missing items from their order. The staff was rude to a young mother for not bringing a receipt in with her when the staff messed up her order. Ultimately, that nice young lady just paid a second time for food she was owed because she wasn’t willing to argue over it. Staff treated me indifferently and with mild suspicion when I came back for missing items while dining in.

I had such a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s yesterday. The staff showed incredible kindness and went above and beyond to help in a tough situation. Their compassion and willingness to help truly meant the world to me and my family. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine care, and it left such a positive impact. Thank you to the amazing team working that day—you made a hard moment so much brighter!

It doesnt take 20 minutes to prep an uber ears order. There’s no excuse to make a driver stand there and wait that long to pick up an order. Uber is your customer, too. Don’t deprioritize them just because you hate them.
