This is the best McDonald's I have ever eaten at. I loved the bacon quarter pounder and the strawberry smoothie so much. I loves the bendy fries with all my heart. 10/10 will be going here from now on omg

I visited the lobby to order today. Clearly they were understaffed and very busy. I understand the concept of fast food means fast BUT they were doing their best. I was floored at how a teacher from Chenoweth talked about the staff to other customers. I'm more concerned about the lack of patience from someone trusted to educate children daily than how quickly my food gets out. The staff were extremely friendly and working hard, nobody was standing around ignoring her. I will continue to return to this location. My food was great. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the workers.

Ordered curbside. Couple burgers and fries nothing crazy. App said 3-5 minutes. Food took 28 minutes. Waited 20 minutes, went thru drive thru finally and was told food wasn't ready and to wait a few more minutes. Waited another 6 minutes. Half an hour wait is ridiculous and I will never be back to this location. Do not recommend.

CHECK. EVERY. BAG. THEY. GIVE. YOU. You have to ask for ketchup when ordering fries, you have to ask for syrup and butter, and plastic ware when ordering hotcakes, you need to be more descriptive when asking for bacon. “With bacon” also means sausage I had no idea.

Service was bad as usual. I only go out of convince. Whoever every time I go the fried are undercooked. I mean they no brown or tan color at all. The fries are white like they put them in the container straight from the freezer. Ridiculous.

The store closes at 11 pm but they try to act closed at 10pm. The screens in the drive thru are turned off and they play the “sorry, but we are closed” recording. But then a second later, someone got on the speaker and said “Wait a minute” as a greeting in an impatient voice. This is not the first time this has happened. The manager needs to retrain their closing shift.

Ordered the 5 meal deal. My chicken sandwich was cold along with the fries but opened my chicken nuggets and I was served a nugget that already had a bite taken out of it. Call the store and the manager told me I had to hold on to the nuggets to get a new meal or compensation. No matter how long it took me to come back to that store. No concern and that was her solution!
I have been to this McDonald's many many times and the people I have interacted with at this McDonald's have always been friendly. Most of the time they are very quick. Any time I have had an issue they always rectify in a satisfactory way.
