I ordered a mc chicken(NOT A SPICY ONE) and a big mac no meat so I could put the chicken for the meat and they gave me a big mac no bun and a spicy mcchicken and this isn't the first time they've messed up my orders with them. Mcdonald's isn't cheap enough anymore to ruin orders like that

Came to McDonald’s in Middletown in shelbyville road and placed an order through drive thru! Asked for #1 on breakfast menu with egg on the side! I have an allergy to egg. My orange juice was filled only a little half way over. I drove all the way home and found my breakfast was not correct as there was egg in my sandwich. When I came back I spoke to judy(black girl with braids in her hair and she had an AirPod in her ear. Breakfast was over so I just asked for my money back. She refused saying I didn’t have a receipt and bc I waited so long(drove home then back) she couldn’t do anything for me. She did offer me lunch but I didn’t want lunch. She also told me I should have checked my bag bc it was a rush hour. I’m on a time crunch too. She never apologized and I brought this to her attention and her response was, ma’am it’s the holiday season. So I’m guessing bc it’s the holiday season this makes the situation right. She told me several times, I just work here. I’m just a manager. This is far from leadership! She rolls her eyes like she doesn’t have time! I chose to spend my money here and she had zero customer service! This is unacceptable and I will not return to McDonald’s. Not if I’m spending my hard earned money to be treated this way! I tried to call several times and phones not working. She told me I would have to wait till the lines are up. So now I’m just without! I gave her my order back and got no refund so I will call my bank as this is fraudulent! There has to be accountability for these actions! This occurred at McDonald’s 12341 shelbyville road, Middletown ky

AVOID THIS LOCATION! It was a circus! Went in with my 3 nephews for breakfast. The young man at the counter spoke absolutely no English so he kept ringing up the wrong items. I had to ask for assistance. I understand everyone needs to train but don't leave him up there by himself. Manager sent him to check and see if they had donuts, he said yes. Well, they didn't. I got charged for them though. Gave us 4 cups, no lids no straws. A gentleman who was another customer got us straps and cups since I had my hands full with my nephews. Went back up for a refund and another lady was having issues getting the young man to understand her order. By this time the line was approaching the door. They had numerous people working the drive-through and prep, but no one helped this young man. Once we got the order, one of the syrups had a hole in it and leaked all in the bag, so everything was covered in syrup. We will NEVER go back to this location, ever!
