Went there the other day ordered a chicken nugget meal they gave me a cheeseburger I forgot the straw it never fails they always give me the wrong order or forget something

I ordered a mc chicken(NOT A SPICY ONE) and a big mac no meat so I could put the chicken for the meat and they gave me a big mac no bun and a spicy mcchicken and this isn't the first time they've messed up my orders with them. Mcdonald's isn't cheap enough anymore to ruin orders like that

Came to McDonaldās in Middletown in shelbyville road and placed an order through drive thru! Asked for #1 on breakfast menu with egg on the side! I have an allergy to egg. My orange juice was filled only a little half way over. I drove all the way home and found my breakfast was not correct as there was egg in my sandwich. When I came back I spoke to judy(black girl with braids in her hair and she had an AirPod in her ear. Breakfast was over so I just asked for my money back. She refused saying I didnāt have a receipt and bc I waited so long(drove home then back) she couldnāt do anything for me. She did offer me lunch but I didnāt want lunch. She also told me I should have checked my bag bc it was a rush hour. Iām on a time crunch too. She never apologized and I brought this to her attention and her response was, maāam itās the holiday season. So Iām guessing bc itās the holiday season this makes the situation right. She told me several times, I just work here. Iām just a manager. This is far from leadership! She rolls her eyes like she doesnāt have time! I chose to spend my money here and she had zero customer service! This is unacceptable and I will not return to McDonaldās. Not if Iām spending my hard earned money to be treated this way! I tried to call several times and phones not working. She told me I would have to wait till the lines are up. So now Iām just without! I gave her my order back and got no refund so I will call my bank as this is fraudulent! There has to be accountability for these actions!
