Noone answered the drive through and when they did see us. She actually hid from us.We had a mobile order.If you couldn't serve us, that's fine. But it was only 10pm. Just say so.

The staff there barely spoke English. Only 2 people working the hole store while the other 4 employees are sitting in the lobby playing loud music they gave us already open apple slices and cook did not know English so she could not tell what the difference between a double hamburger or single hamburger was. They also gave me hr old mcnuggets so they were like rubber and stale. The lady that was working there was nice and she even gave us a medium fry for waiting a long time. But I would not recommend eating there unless you speak Spanish.

We were going out of town and getting breakfast on the way. We ordered 2 big breakfasts without pancakes. What we ended up getting was 1 big breakfast with pancakes and 1 order of pancakes. This was for 2 adults and we were already on the highway by the time we found out! We were not happy needless to say!

Never a reliable experience. One order could be great and the next 10 would be absolutely trash. 2nd time in a row I order happy meal and did not receive the correct item inside. They say the double check your order correct when they hand it to you but suprise! Of course not. Fries were disgusting and soaked in old grease threw then straight in the trash. Nuggets are soggy and overall do not taste the way they should. Only come here because it's so close and cheap while I work but now I'm just left hungry and annoyed. Good place to come by if you feel like wasting your money I guess.

Tried to go order me breakfast this morning. But the lobby is closed and I'm in a big tow truck that can't fit through the drive thru. I get told waiting at the door because it was only 8 minutes until the lobby is supposed to open that we can't serve you until the manager gets there

The attention was terrible...I arrived with my best friend to eat something and when I asked the boy if he spoke Spanish, he didn't turn his back and treated us badly after a while, a very nice girl who speaks Spanish told me that she didn't have my order. There is an article, I responded that there was no problem, at the moment my order is there and the boy beat me by treating me badly and with racism. I do not recommend this place. The bathrooms are dirty, full of urine. We wash them with nozzles to say that it has been my worst moment this day. I passed it, the boy is American with a beard

We came there around 9:25pm on March 10th 2024 I ordered to 2 apple pies. I’m glad I read the box of the apples pies because it said enjoy by 6:30pm that’s 3hours ago why is the Hispanic woman still serving these apple pies???

Very bad customer service!!!! I came to this location on Jan 25th 2024 I sent a co worker to get me a 20 pc nugget and fry I tried to eat it but couldn’t the food was cold so I brought it back !! Soon as I pulled up around 9:30pm I get an audio recording stating that they was closed and as I pulled up to the window a lady was stuffing food in her mouth I told her I had 15 nuggets I ate 5 I just needed my food replaced cause it was cold she got the manager and the manager said that I didn’t even come to her location and was basically saying that it wasn’t true I clearly brought back the food !!!! I told her to look in the bag for the receipt as a general manager even without a receipt if I’m giving u the exact time of the trans and the food you can pull the receipt in the system and print it off! as she gave me food after being smart it was old and tasted like grease im sure she re dropped some its no way it was dropped fresh within 2mins ill be back in the morning to talk to general manager along with area coach
