McDonald's, a well-known restaurant, received mixed reviews. While some customers were unhappy with the drive-through and incorrect orders, others appreciated the friendly staff and extra items received. The cleanliness and freshness of the food were questioned, as well as the efficiency of the table service. Parking was also noted to be lacking. Many customers mentioned that the staff is friendly and that the restaurant stays clean, with some visitors returning daily for their favorite caramel frappe. Despite occasional issues with staff being understaffed, employees like the lady working early morning keep the service running smoothly, and the food quality remains consistent. Overall, the restaurant provides a meal, but there is room for improvement in service and food quality.
