Well I came to order my meals and I always ask no pickle no ketchup and no mustard that the order I've always been getting all the time I go to McDonald's. So when I get home to check my order and it was all wrong. They always on there phone I stood at the counter for at least for some minutes before a worker took my order.

I never got my food. After 15 minutes wait after being pulled to spot 1 I never got my food and had to walk in to find out my food wasn’t ready and they weren’t busy and I asked for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous that every time you go to fast food they pull you forward. McDonald staff needs to do better.

The Westend resturants suck overall period all of them! I guess they believe black folks dont deserve quality food or service the phone number does not work and fyi they are not 24hrs I paid extra for a few things, and didn't get it I couldn't call and complain. But it's my fault I should of checked before I left smh, God forbid I just assume they'd get my order right???

I was at this location at exactly 3:00 pm on Thursday December 14. I waited to get service. The cashier did not acknowledge me. She simply closed the register and went to the back. I waited a couple of minutes for her to return, but she did not.It was really rude of her to look right at me, sneer, mutter something, and look at me again before she disappeared into the kitchen area.

NOT 24 hours- lights on, cars in parking lot but not open at 12:30No sign saying closed waited almost 10 minutes in drive thru before leaving.
