The location is very clean and the staff are usually polite, supportive and prompt. My chief criticism with this McDonalds is their inability to ensure that orders are properly filled. This is a problem when going through drive-thru, but is an even larger problem when ordering through a food delivery service. Someone needs to verify drive-thru and delivery orders before they are provided to customers. Other than this, I love the location and the effort they make.
I have always had a great experience at the Broadway McDonalds! Their staff is always pleasant and they move the line along very quickly! My flood has always been hot and fresh! I noticed this week they are trying out some new drive thru strategies to move people along even faster! Thank you to all the hard working staff members there!
It’s just McDonald’s, sometimes they do get it right, but the majority of the times there is something incorrect.
