The McDonald's restaurant in question has friendly and helpful staff, with one employee in particular, a younger man who wears a light gray Jackie/hoodie with the hood always tied tight, going out of his way to be nice and hospitable to customers. However, there is room for improvement in attending to customers at the front counter after they have placed their order at the kiosk, as there have been instances where customers have had to wait up to 10 minutes for service. On a positive note, the restaurant provided excellent service during a busy night, fulfilling large orders accurately and offering replacements when requested.
