Dropping in at about 7:00pm for a quick sandwich and drink before 7:30pm event at the University of Louisville campus, I ordered a double filet o fish and a large sweet tea. The lobby was clean, the seating area had a couple people who appeared to be camped out there and the dining area appeared disheveled but not filthy. There was no sweet tea in the container at the beverage station but an attendant behind the counter filled my cup with tea from the drive-thru container. The sweet tea was delicious. Can't say the same for the double filet-o-fish. The bun had a firm unusual stiff resistance, and the filet o fish patties made me think of what it might be like to bite into driftwood. The filet o fish patties tasted as though they had either been cooked much earlier and then set aside and dried out, or cooked too much and also much earlier than my time of order and cooled down to have hard texture. I can certainly appreciate the challenge that fast food restaurants have to not waste food, but I happened to experience getting a sandwich that crossed over the border of how long it should have been resting before being served. Oh, I will order a Filet-O-Fish sandwich again, but I'll try to do so when it looks like the restaurant is very busy and the chances are good of getting a freshly cooked Filet-O-Fish sandwich. Did I say the sweet tea was delicious? Delicious!

I was told to leave before I even got my food. The workers messed up the order and my friend and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for 2 ice creams and 2 coffees. When we finally got there attention, they simply told us “it’s okay” while walking away. They were quite snotty and rude towards us when we were patiently waiting. When we finally got our order, the coffee was poorly made and bitter.

Look. It’s McDonalds. You know what you’re getting. You’re also getting a really nice and friendly staff at this location. I was greeted with smiles and concern that my order was ok. I used the app which was easy too. Recommended!

Slowest service ever 20 minutes for 1 mini mcflurry, go through the drive through, because if you go inside they will ignore your order. Heck they didnt even work on it until i stepped up and asked them to make it. Ridiculous. Been living in Louisville since 2000 and this McDonald's has always been stupid slow. Moving lile sloths forgetting peoples items. Saw all the folks before me had been waiting for a long time already, one of the kids made fu. Of his friend because they made his frappe but didnt announce his order number or item just left it by the drinks counter. Shameful. Plus they didnt even mix my Mcflurry. Culture is atrocious.
Parking: Cant park on street paid street parking is 1/4 mile away and the parking lot for 20 cars stays full from students parking in it.

Idk who's telling employees to do this but this is like the 4th mcdonalds I went to got a mcdouble asked for no pickle no onion I get it and looks like no pickle no onion but when I looked in btwn the 2 patties there was onions! No onions means no onions! Stop doing that and this isn't the only one that does it!
