My roommate dropped his shitty milkshake from Wawa(1 star btw) and we went got a free and the NICEST girl named Harmony made his milkshake and put tender love and care. Everyone else kinda sucked but Harmony made it all worth it

Morning shift this got to be one of the worst McDonalds I ever been to they literally always messed up your order every time it never fails Then they get mad because they messed up your order and they gotta make it right🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go there!!!

The pop machine was broke and the male employee was incredibly rude about it and could not even articulate what “no soft drinks allowed” meant.
You should drive the extra 5-10 to go to a different one

I was an intern this summer at UofL and i kinda ate everyday here, I just wanted to say thanks to the guys in the morning shift and the ones after 12pm till 5pm ig they always cheered me up and gave me a lotttaaaaaaa of sauces 😂 i wanted to tell them that in person but i was so busy before leaving the states! THANKS GUYS I LOVEEEEEE IT😙

About a month ago I came thru the drive through for a quick bite now when I ordered the gentleman read back my order correctly however failed to properly input for prep cook now when I got to the window I noticed the receipt was incorrect without the accommodations needed I proceeded to inform the window worker and whomever she relied that the order was incorrect rudely said “oh well it already made they can take it “ I refused cause I have a serious tomato allergy and asked for my money back since the worker wanted to be nasty - you can’t force someone to eat something they didn’t order truly the whole order was wrong 😑 and again it’s already paid for - I’m truly glad to be relieved of my auditing duties for the city cause the unprofessional nonsense was like a whoop de-doo your better off cooking at home then eating at this location

Please, do not come here!!! This McDonalds cost us over $200 because they recklessly towed our car in 5 minutes as paying customers, then proceeded to cancel/throw out our food we paid for (to act like we weren’t paying customers because they unrightfully towed our car), and proceeded to speak to us horribly the entire time!!!!

We ordered online and parked in their lot to pick up our order. While only waiting in the lobby for a few minutes, the manager somehow managed to call and have our vehicle TOWED AWAY. It was so fast, we hadn’t even gotten our food!! Apparently, she had called out once in the lobby to ask if that was anyone’s car, but we never heard her. We could’ve been in the bathroom, had headphones on, talking and eating in the dining room, etc… not at all justifiable reason to call the towing company to cost us over $200 just because we didn’t hear her call out once !!! Also, the parking lot was completely empty besides us, because it was 7pm on a Tuesday during fall break. They had absolutely NO reason or right to get our car towed!! Completely reckless decision made with NO COMMON SENSE. This could’ve happened to anyone, so that is why I urge you please do not come here!! They are so careless with how they decide to tow cars at this location, and it is SO expensive, we paid over $200 and we picked the car up that SAME night!!!

As we ran out to our car because we saw it getting towed, they either cancelled or threw out our order, because when we went back in it wasn’t even on their screen and on the app it said our order had been completed but we had NO FOOD!! And by the way, their online order station was completely empty. When I had to talk to the manager about our car and food, she tried to completely ignore us by pointedly hiding in the back and then rushing away after talking to someone in the front. It took over 5 minutes to finally get her to talk to us. When I finally confronted her about our car and food, she was SO disrespectful, yelling in our faces and blaming us for the entire situation. We started the conversation completely friendly and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but as soon as we opened our mouths we were met with so much anger, disrespect, and carelessness. Absolutely no empathy for the situation she entirely caused.

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. These people will tow your car in 5 minutes of it being there even if you’re a paying customer, then yell at your face about it, and groan when you ask them to serve the food you paid for. Save yourself $200 and your sanity by never coming here and choosing another McDonalds.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for the past couple of years, and it’s the only one I’ll go to. Cody is always such a great help — every time he’s there, the service is smooth and friendly. He truly brightens my day with his positive attitude and great spirit. I know it’s just a fast-food restaurant, but Cody makes the experience 5 stars everytime!
