Meijer Deli

I had a wonderful experience in the meat department today! I worked with Robby, Joe T, and Ou to get some custom cut rib roasts. Everyone worked together to ensure my satisfaction, despite the busyness of the store. While I waited, I found a great sale on bacon and sodas and some other things. I was so happy I spoke with the manager to let her know how well the meat department employees took care of me. This wasn't my usual neighborhood store, but now it is!

I had the worse customer service experience with Meijer on 9/3/22, ordered items online and planned to go to the store to pick them up. The man who helped me was rude, the manager lied to me and told me I was not charged for my order. I showed her where it says pending in my banking app, she states that means it did not go through and to allow 24 hours, two days later another manager apologized and said he would look into it and get back to me…8 days later still charged for...read full review
