I was gifted a Louie's Derby cake for the holidays. It's amazing. First (while arguably the least important criteria in cake) the packaging is perfect. It makes the cake feel like an expensive gourmet treat. The cake itself is light and fluffy with a brown sugar streusel on top. And who doesn't love bourbon and pecans? I will be stealing this gem and sending it to all my friends for all future events. Love. Love. Love.
