I have been looking forward to having my
Birthday dinner here for months. And it did not disappoint. Everything was incredible, the apps, (oysters and bone marrow) we split 2 flights of different steak cuts, along with the toro wagyu. Cannot say enough good things about this place! Phenomenal food, impeccable service and absolutely charming decor. Strongly recommended.
The wine is really tasty! I can’t wait to try the cream greens! 🥬 I hope my Grindr date shows up this time…

Mill Iron 4 is a gorgeous restaurant that is small but luxurious. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, sharing details about the beef, its origins, the timing of the cuts, the processes, and the genetics. The menu offers steak frites with fries and peppercorn sauce drippings, the hot link, BBQ carrots, shishito peppers, the meatball appetizer, oysters, bone marrow, toro wagyu, and several cocktails. Sides include carrots, zucchini, fries, mushrooms, and twice baked potatoes. Desserts include apple crisp, banana cream pie, and a birthday special cornbread pudding. The sweet potato bread with cream butter is a highlight. The dry aged burger is only available at the bar, which is first come first serve seating. The fried artichokes and onion dip are wonderful, and the dip is recommended for the pork rinds alone. The smoked beef cheeks are a standout. The atmosphere is nice, and the food is really good, though somewhat expensive at $100 per head. The service can be confusing and disorganized, with several people interacting with guests, and once finished eating, guests may feel ready to go rather than sit and talk for a while.
