We had dinner at Osteria and were lucky enough to be served by Emily... From start to finish, she was attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. She anticipated our needs without hovering, made excellent suggestions, and truly elevated our evening. It's rare to encounter someone who turns a meal into a memory — we'll absolutely be requesting her again!

Our waiter, Jack was the best! We had a slow, relaxing meal and he was very helpful with selections. The food was outstanding!!!! I had the scallops and it was delish. and the cookies for dessert - OMG!!!

The service and food was excellent. It was happy hour in the bar area so I told the manager and hostess that I wanted to go to the outside bar to get a drink before I went to my table. ( I was 15 minutes early for my reservation.) The manager tried twice to discourage me from going to get a drink at the bar, saying it was too crowded. There were actually two open seats at the bar and at least two open tables in the bar area! I had a drink in my hand at the bar within 90 seconds after walking up to it!

Excellent dining experience. Our server was amazing - friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Verde Salad (very fresh and tasty) and the salmon. It was perfectly cooked, served with tender veggies and over rice - even the rice was top notch. We dined inside, and it was nice, but there is also a lovely patio and bar, plus another great bar area.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and indicated so on our Open Table reservation for Osteria Italian Seafood. When we arrived, staff knew it was our Anniversary and escorted us to a prepared private corner table and provided us with complimentary Champaign. At no time did we feel rushed. The food was excellent! The service was excellent. We so appreciated Gretchen and Vicki for making this a memorable experience for us.
The lobster bisque has me thinking about it today. The pastas are made in house and so worth the trip to this little gem of a restaurant in Westport Village! The server was awesome.

Myself and three of my friends decided to come to brunch last Sunday, we had come here previously when it was Napa River, and very much enjoyed it however, this time was not the case. I'm not sure if they were short of staff or what the case was, but the bartender was our waiter. He never told us about the happy hour special. We only knew about it because I had previously looked it up when I made the reservation, And only brought us the happy hour menu when I mentioned it to him. For starters to offer brunch, you have to have brunch items on the menu. They only offer three or four brunch items. Everything else was lunch. I would suggest going back to the brunch style buffet that used to be offered on Sundays. One person ordered salmon, and it was visually very dry and also tasted that way. Our appetizer of calamari came out and it was very much overcooked, which was disappointing because the first batch that we ordered came out perfect the shrimp scampi was amazing and also the lobster bisque . One person ordered an old-fashioned. It was way too strong and not balanced at all. The next drink she ordered was a blackberry smash. Needless to say she wasn't able to drink that one either.   I don't think this will be an option for us for brunch in the near future. There was a lack of overall quality,consistency, and customer service.

Great dining experience. The seafood sliders were small wonderful lobster rolls. There scallops with risotto was stupendous and the jumbo shrimp pasta was great. Definitely restaurant visit while in Cincinnati

We dined at Osteria for the first time for my birthday. I ordered the lobster bisque, verde salad, crab stuffed halibut, and strawberry shortcake. My spouse had the berry salad and spaghetti pomodoro. The food was amazing, as was our server, Adam, who did a fabulous job helping with descriptions of menu items and recommendations. He was also very helpful with my spouse's dietary preferences. The service was great as was the ambience - the restaurant is a beautiful space, inside and out. It was a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back.
