Did a doordash order and they must have been not caring to do their job right. All I got was plain MACARONI NOODLES NOTHING MORE. I'm not feeling well and that's why I will order from here because it's 80% of the time the only food to stay down. So YAY me to go hungry because of lazy staff who can't put the cheese sauce on before packaging it up for delivery. Anyone else noticed that they stopped replying to negative reviews?

I’ve been in Louisville for a few days at a conference and stopped into this noodles and Company - and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly cashier and order person - I ordered the Japanese udon noodles with beef. Very fresh tasting, good flavor ! I will return as there are not very many good healthy choices Available in the area and this fits the bill.! Well done!!

The first time I visited this place everything was good the customer service and the food. I rmb I ordered a shrimp scampi. But my last two visits have been horrible! The lady at the register with the short hair cut is very rude not friendly at all!!! Both times she handed me my food she did it rough and mean like if you don’t like your job quit! I placed my order at 5:08 pm it was supposed to be ready at 5:18 I don’t get my food until after 5:30 so the attitude wasn’t needed if anyone should have been annoyed or upset it should’ve been me. I will not be back.

Got this for me and my boyfriend. He got the shrimp scampi noodles. I got the Pai Thai noodles. Unfortunately an hour after he eat his, he became sick. Throwing up non stop. It ruined our Saturday night. Will never eat at this place again. What a shame cause my food was good. But something went horribly wrong with his dish.
The pastas are very dry. I have to order double sauce everytime.
