It’s absolutely amazing how everyone working here as a server or bartender can completely ignore people standing to be seated or to pick up carry out. This place had devolved into the drizzlin sharts. The food, lackluster and cafeteria like. No other options but to defecate in the floor of the men’s room to show my disgust.

By far the worst and slowest restaurant in Louisville and I've been in some bad places. The attitude of the workers are terrible and there is no use ordering online so it will be ready when u go to pick it up, u might as well order at the restaurant because u will wait a long time no matter what u do. This place used to be awesome, but now, I honestly don't know how they are still in business

Don’t do it - for months Ive ordered 1 or 2 times week curbside carry out - only 2 times has it been brought out. I don’t mind going in to get it - I do mind waiting 12 minutes after the online order time - my lunch is only 30 minutes & it’s wasted constantly waiting for a salad from here - so I get hot salad with cold chicken - today I just threw it away and wasted the remainder of my lunch writing this review - it’s ridiculous that they have so little value- or is it that I’ve already tipped them so they’re in no hurry - either way last time I waste my time at this location

Great staff, clean restaurant, easy in or out. Food prices were a bit higher than expected for what we got. But food was done well. Rolls were really good

Thank you so much Angi for the great customer service. The food was perfect and so welcoming. I love that I can ask for a medium rare steak and it comes out exactly as I asked. The prices are great and it is huge inside. Plenty of space for family get together ❤

There's honestly no reason for there this wonderful establishment to be rated below 4 stars. Since I started living close to Louisville, I have come here twice. The first time was sir-down and the second was today with a carry-out order. The service is excellent. Our waiter and the carry-out hostess were helpful and attentive. The food was some of the most reasonably priced and delicious middle-American style cuisine. I will never go to a chili's or Applebee's so long as I'm eating in this area. Ocharleys is a step above that for a much better price. Our food was delicious. I had chicken tenders and rib combo with broccoli, house salad and smashed potatoes all cooked to perfection. My partner had the steak and chicken tender combo. The food was just at the right temperature if you live close by Westport Road for carry out. Together we spent below $40 which is a steal in this economy. We will be doing this again in the near future. Thanks Westport Road! A new favorite!

My son recommended that we gather together here at O’Charley’s after we landed coming from Colorado because he said the food is great. Coming from the West, I haven’t heard of this restaurant before, but after dinner, my wife and I was quite pleased with our meal. The staff was highly courteous and professional and provided the COVID guidelines, I was very pleased with how this facility operated considering the circumstances. Additionally, this restaurant was well maintained and presented cleanliness at all times. I highly recommend others to visit and enjoy a well prepared meal.

Overall not a great experience that is typical of O'Charley's brand. Our server was polite and demonstrated manners, management was understanding and offered comps on the ticket.

Pretty sure they have no sense of urgency or order accuracy. Placed an order that had a 7:00pm pick up time for Door Dash. The driver didn't get the order until 7:30pm. I recommend not ordering online or carryout either based on the other reviews.

My husband was given a gift card for his birthday so we used it on the steak and chicken tenders family meal. It included 4 steaks, 12 tenders, 2 sides and rolls. They did a great job of packaging our meal, even splitting each side into 4 portions. (Note: the steaks must be cooked alike)Overall, an average meal. My favorite pieces were the rolls and mashed potatoes and gravy. The mac and cheese is a hard pass - very little cheese and what was there was bland. The chicken tenders do not compare to other venues, they are skinny and about half the portion. Our steaks were pink in the middle and had some flavor but had been blackened and charred quite a bit on the outside. We cut off quite a bit to get to the good part, tossed the rest. I love the idea of the family style dinners and they have a few available. Wish we'd had a better experience with the food but we're likely not going to reorder.

We've had great experiences every time we've come! Everyone here is really nice and willing to do a little extra. Most importantly: this location's rolls are ALWAYS on point, unlike other locations I've visited. They're soft, sweet, and buttery - never dry or hard.
