Thank you so much Angi for the great customer service. The food was perfect and so welcoming. I love that I can ask for a medium rare steak and it comes out exactly as I asked. The prices are great and it is huge inside. Plenty of space for family get together ❤

There's honestly no reason for there this wonderful establishment to be rated below 4 stars. Since I started living close to Louisville, I have come here twice. The first time was sir-down and the second was today with a carry-out order. The service is excellent. Our waiter and the carry-out hostess were helpful and attentive. My son recommended that we gather together here at O’Charley’s after we landed coming from Colorado because he said the food is great. Coming from the West, I haven’t heard of this restaurant before, but after dinner, my wife and I was quite pleased with our meal. The staff was highly courteous and professional and provided the COVID guidelines, I was very pleased with how this facility operated considering the circumstances.
