When will I learn! Ordering went fine, but when I got home with a toddler in tow, my order was completely wrong. I asked for a single burger, no cheese or ketchup, but what I got was a burger with only cheese & ketchup. Nothing but a ruined lunch. When I tried to call & speak to someone, I got a message saying no one was available. Service in the US has deteriorated so badly☹️☹️
The Wendy's was clean and it was empty when we went but the server seemed distracted and forgot to give me my beverage cup and in the hustle and bustle if it all. I was engaged in how distracted they were that I forgot to ask. Didn't noticed I didn't have a beverage until we were home. Other than that, Wendy's was as expected. Food was what you'd expect.
