I was in the neighborhood doing my weekly shopping, and I thought it would be a better plan to get some food in my stomach first. This restaurant is closed to all of the shops where I go, and I've actually been to this location before. I like this restaurant a little better than most of the other chains, because they have different options besides just burgers and fries. And I will seriously drive out of my for their their Frosty drinks. They offer different flavors depending on the season. I came here today and ordered the Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap combo meal that came with a small fries and regular drink. The wrap was prepared right after I ordered it and it was super delicious. The fries were good too, and they weren't even cold this time. I had a decent and uneventful experience here today.

I went in to order, waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order. I ordered a med orange frosty and a med fry, which came out to $6.66, the cashier asked if I wanted to change my order and insisted when asked. I get the humor in it, but it felt wrong in the moment. I placed an order at the speaker, the operator Miguel repeated it correctly. First it's the drink you tell me you have all diet products no coke and I could barely understand so I try asking what else you have, rude response. I get to the window to pay and have to come back because you ring the order up wrong. I don't see a receipt in the bag so I drive bag up there to get the rest of my food. Rude response, no apology because you rung it up wrong. Not to mention you tell me the receipt is in the bag where, because if I saw it I would not have drove from work to get the rest of my food that you forgot to ring up, even though you repeated it correctly. First off the customer is always right, and no one wants to deal with rude operators every time we go to get food on our lunch break. I'm not asking for free food but because you made the mistake could've made it better with an apology or asking if I wanted to add the item .

I went to the drive thru 4/2/24 @ 12:30am. I never had a complaint with this location until now. I placed my order with Miguel at the drive thru & informed him I had a $2 off coupon/receipt, but couldn't make out the total when he said it on the speaker. I pull up & ask what's the total please, while handing him my debit card & coupon which he wouldnt take from me! He just stared which seemed like forever! Sir what's the Total! Still staring in great confusion. I'm explaining this is a coupon, he totally ignores me & starts taking the next order! He finally takes everything & hands my card back. I said; Sir! Are you OK today? You seemed very confused. I've used this receipt/coupon before, no prob. He Tells Me, mind you with a grin; I thought it was fake. How!! You never even looked at it!! You never took it out my hand!! He hands me the receipt for my current order so I flip it over & show him, it's the same thing! This visit was an unnecessary waste of time. Great food though. Management has to make sure that these guys are fully trained. There's like 10+ restaurants in the same area, not just Wendy's.

This Wendy's has messed my order up so many times I swear to God on my life ill unwrap every single thing that they hand me no matter how big that order is before I move from that window again. I don't care how long it takes. And trust me I order big sometimes.

My husband was in the hospital and wanted a cheeseburger with bacon. I went to Wendy's and placed my order. She started telling me they had a lot of burgers that have cheese and bacon. I repeated just give me a cheeseburger with bacon, I had to just pick one so I chose the classic. Took it to the hospital and my husband said it was awful. We had Doordash deliver the night before and he said it was so good he wanted another one. I won't be using them anymore, it cost $23.19 for the cheeseburger and small fry, no drink. The reason I gave it one star is because the lady who took my order was very rude.

When will I learn! Ordering went fine, but when I got home with a toddler in tow, my order was completely wrong. I asked for a single burger, no cheese or ketchup, but what I got was a burger with only cheese & ketchup. Nothing but a ruined lunch. When I tried to call & speak to someone, I got a message saying no one was available. Service in the US has deteriorated so badly☹️☹️
