Not a review but an update. They have shut down as reported by a local news source... "O'Charley's on Outer Loop closed permanently. An employee tells WLKY the closure is in part due to the pandemic and also due to an investigation by the Department of Labor." --

So, while our overall visit for lunch on Tue. July 21st ended rather well - the start was quite bumpy & uncomfortable. My mom & I were led to a table & then said we preferred a booth. The hostess placed our menus/& utincils on the table and walked off, just LEFT us standing there - no explanation. We watched her then go back to the door and sit two new ppl at a booth. So we walk back up to the front. I said "ma'am did you just sit 2 other ppl at a booth? She said "yes". I said "we were 2 ppl who wanted a booth & were here first. She said "well I have a certain rotation Im suppose to go in. I said "You just left us, walked away & didn't explain anything". She turned around in a huff & made sure I heard the awful name she called us. I was a hostess for an upscale restaurant at one time and being ugly to anyone - (despite your differences) is grounds for firing. She needs a job where she doesn't have to deal w/ PR.

Oh Charlie's been there for a lot of years sit next to the Jefferson Mall and I've eat a lot of chicken tenders and rolls in this place. Back before they added a lot of different restaurants over here O'Charleys is one of the ones that was there and really one of your only options if you wanted to sit down steak place it was here before even the Texas roadhouse it's in Okolona. So it's decent it's got some good stuff it's not quite on par with the Logans in the Texas roadhouse is in the Longhorns that surrounds it but I still like it they offer a good quality meal

Very nice people but was hardly anyone there because the panic people have spread. Nothing on tables not even salt and pepper no menus they copied them on paper....smh

The service at this Establishment, was awful it took and hour after were served the Top of the shelf combo appetizer which was mediocre at best , to receive our actual orders I got the half rack of baby back rubs and chicken tenders with asparagus , and my brother got a philly sub , my husband got the prime rib and baked potato with French fries and my mom got the filet mignon with etc well when we finally got our food and our drinks were gone. it was all cold, none of the

We went here late evening Saturday and it was a 20min wait. There was a whole section of the restaurant that wasn't even being used. It took us another 40 min after ordering to get our food. My steak was not cooked like I requested. The waitress took steak back and I told her I wanted another steak. When they brought the steak back it was under cooked again.

I picked up my to go order and the staff was so friendly. Made sure my rolls were nice and hot. Got home and the salad I got looked so yummy. And tasted even better!!!

Saturday Feb, 29. Lisa was fablous. She was very busy but went above and beyond to give us great service. She was polite and personable.

I placed an order with DoorDash and when the driver arrived I noted that the tea I ordered was missing. The driver said he'd go back to get it. He did. Excellent service on part of the driver. What was disappointing was the size of both the salad and the drink. The drink came in a to go cup which is significantly smaller than what you would get in the restaurant but for the same price. Same with the salad. Much smaller than what you'd get at the restaurant but for the same price. The photo attached shows a full regular sized salad. I wouldn't agree with that statement. Really regret ordering from here.
The service is terrible but the food is great. When we first arrived it was not very busy because it was not during happy hour or free pie Wednesday. I assumed this would make the service even better, but I was terribly wrong. We received some cold buns which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to them, and it took about 15 minutes after that to order drinks. We quickly ordered and yet again got more bread, this time it was warm but we even ran out of drinks and still had not seen our server for a long time after that. When we finally got our food I was missing the sauce that I wanted with the salmon, received a smaller size than I ordered, and the waitress condescendingly laughed in my face even though I was polite. The salmon ended up being delicious with the bourbon sauce even though I was choking without a drink the whole time. We informed the manager of this terrible service but he did nothing. The people next to us even got their food for free because of their wait, but we didn't even get an apology. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be going back.

Really, shouldn't give one star but figured how else would I get the word out. I see why there are only a few O'Charley left in town. NASTY dinner rolls days old and hollow along with the cheese sticks. Tater skins must have been baked six times. Will not be going back.

Great server woth upbeat attitude. Talked with us somw while working. Very cold outside and concerned because we had a window table, but they had the heat on...perfect! And she brought us more rolls without asking. Overheard us mention we were celebrating a birthday and brought the birthday girl a free dessert.
